The Grass Residence Condominium is located along EDSA in Quezon City, with exclusive bridgeway to SM City North Edsa, one of the largest Shopping Mall in the Philippines.

Walkways connect you to SM Annex, Sky Garden, MRT (Metro Rail Transit) station and Trinoma Mall.

It is also very convenient access to public transportation of which you could easily explore the entire city and your desired spots. Parking is in common areas.

•I will be needing a copy of your any government issued ID for your check-in process, this is a requirement of the building administration. Kindly email it to me at least day before your check-in time.

•Kindly keep the cleanliness and orderliness of the unit so it will be a pleasant experience for all.

•Throw your wastes at the garbage room near the exit door.

•Minimize your noise so you won't disturb our neighbors.

•Unauthorized guest/s is not allowed to stay overnight.

•No smoking please!

•Sorry pets are not allowed.

•Please do not cook strong smelly food coz it takes time in clearing the air with its unpleasant smell.

•Authorized guest, meaning booked guest/s names can use the amenities free of charge but your visitor(s) has to pay amenities fee of 150 pesos per person, you are allowed to have maximum of 5 visitors.

(Pool party is not allowed)

•However guest(s) visitors might exceeding the maximum they shall be charged with a higher rate prescribed by the Building Administration

•Swimming Pool and Gym operating hours

6:00AM to 10:00PM only

•Grass executive bridge to the Mall, Sky Garden operating hours

10:00AM to 12:00MN only

•For safety purposes kindly turn off all the electricity whenever you leave the room.

•Lastly, we have to check and signed our units' inventory list so it will be easier for us if there's some damage/s has to be paid.

• SUNDAYS check-in time is 3pm then your check-out would be 12nn

• If you will check-out by Sunday choose time between 10am or 3pm

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Allen (the owner) a message.

If Allen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
