Quenington, one of the quieter villages situated within the Coln River Valley, is just perfect for lovers of the outdoors with a wealth of waymarked paths suitable for walkers, cyclists and horseback. The River Coln for fly fishing or exploring the river banks as it joins the River Thames in Lechlade. Also within easy reach to the many picturesque towns within the Cotswolds such as Burford, Bourton on the Water, Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cheltenham which is famous for the races. For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre. With numerous National Trust homes to include Chedworth Roman Villas and Chastleton

Lounge: with TV, DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge /freezer, microwave and washing machine. Outside: gravelled driveway with seating. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 small dog by arrangement. Location: pub within walking distance, community village store 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
