Welcome to Casa Josephina! This pristine four-bedroom countryside villa is located within the charming village of Quelfes, minutes away from the fishing town of Olhão and its beautiful white sand beach island, and 15 minutes from Faro international airport.

This villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with fruit trees, roses, bougainvillea and other colourful plants, a large private swimming pool (12 x 6 meters) and a 2700 sq. meters of untouched land.

This South-facing family villa built over two levels can comfortably sleep 8 adults. It offers privacy, space, comfort and fabulous amenities so that you can enjoy the sun soaked lifestyle of the Algarve.

The open plan living/dining room on the ground floor features a dining table with 8 seating, a wood burning stove and comfy sofas for relaxing after a long day in the sun, LCD TV offering both English and Dutch TV channels, and a fast internet service all around the property.

The kitchen has a table and chairs for casual dining, and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, leading by steps to an outside covered terrace where you can find a wood BBQ, a wood pizza oven, a fridge and a dining area.

An ensuite bedroom can also be found on the ground floor, just off the lounge. This bedroom features a super kingsize double bed and a window looking into the gardens.

On an upper level, a further three bedrooms: one with twin beds and private shower room, and the others with twin beds. Two of the three bedrooms offer access to a large roof terrace with sun loungers and fantastic views to the sea. There is also another large bathroom with bath / shower.

In the garden, by the poolside, there is a cool shaded chill out zone for cocktails or for just reading a book; an elegant loggia with fridge, sink, running water and comfortable sofas and 8 sun loungers. This will be the most popular spot in the villa during your stay.

The villa is fully air conditioned.

Bed linen and bath towels (no pool towels) are provided.

Cleaning service, linen and bathroom towels are changed every seven days. Extra services can be provided at an additional charge.

A car is recommended when staying at Casa Josephina.

Easy parking on the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Miranda and Adrian (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miranda and Adrian (the owner) a message.

If Miranda and Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
