Description

This large deluxe 2 bedroom 1 bath property over two floors is ideal for families and couples alike at a good central location in Paphos.

The property features a private ground floor patio area opening out directly onto the pool area, perfect for relaxing by the pool and very handy for just bobbing in and out for refreshment whenever you need to and watching younger family members at the same time.

This end property is also slightly wider than adjacent properties with side windows in each spacious room making it very light and comfortable. The property is fully air conditioned in the lounge, master and second bedroom.

High speed Wi-Fi and all UK TV channels are installed in the property.

“Perfect”

We arrived in Paphos at the end of December and feel so lucky to have booked this beautiful property. From the moment we walked through the door we knew we would enjoy our stay here as we took in the immaculately clean and extremely well furnished 'home from home'. Comfortable furniture both inside and out, TV's in living room and master bedroom, with UK channels and WiFi. The house is equipped for everything necessary for self catering if you should choose not to dine out. The ground floor terrace features a fairly large table, comfortable chairs and sofa and both bedrooms have balconies with tables and chairs. I'm not easily impressed but I most certainly can say that I am with this fantastic property! Queens Gardens is a well located gated complex only yards from the Kings Avenue Mall and a short walk to the harbour with ample bars and restaurants situated close by. I can highly recommend this beautiful home and the owner, June, is exceptionally helpful and it's been a pleasure to have stayed here.

“IDEAL HOLIDAY HOME”

Back from a fantastic holiday in this two storey townhouse . Situated in a gated complex it is ideally placed for all your needs . Close to the harbour / market / shopping mall and all the bars and restaurants in tomb of the kings road . Owner June is very friendly and helpful and her townhouse has everything you need like a home from home . Large lounge , fully equipped kitchen , two great bedrooms , great balconies and a patio that leads straight out to the beautiful large swimming pool . The perfect place to stay for a wonderful relaxing holiday and have already recommended it to our friends .

“A spacious and well appointed apartment ideally situated.”

The apartment is ideally situated next to Kings mall and is just a short walk from the harbour. The tomb of the kings is just down the road as well as a host of restaurants and bars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
