This superb duplex penthouse can comfortably sleep 6 adults and is in the heart of it all. Facing directly on to the Newcastle & Gateshead Quayside making the property one of the finest in the area with the most stunning view of the river Tyne. Located in a quiet, safe, residential area. (4 minutes to city centre hot stops via cab which will cost you £5.00 by cab from the door) close the public transport/Metro.

The substantial accommodation is sure to impress. Bespoke floating staircase, stylishly furnished throughout and magnificent views are all within this most exquisite quayside penthouse.

The property comprises of a spacious L – shaped lounge with large arched window overlooking the River Tyne and bridges, covering the ground and first floor.

Lovely open plan kitchen/dining area with table seating 6. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.

We hope we've thought of everything you'll need in the kitchen to prepare a sandwich or a gourmet meal, but if you'd rather get the caterers in we'll be happy to put you in touch with someone who'll provide you with just what you need.

Ground floor double bedroom with ensuite shower room. To the first floor you will find the mezzanine master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom and separate power shower. Large walk in wardrobe and dressing area. Our apartment has two bedrooms but we have a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate two extra guests - total 6 guests. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedding and towels provided for all guests.

Facilities in the apartment include 50" Freeview LCD TV in the lounge with DVD Player, lots of DVDS and books for your enjoyment along with an Ipod dock. There is also a flat screen Freeview TV in the master bedroom. Iron, ironing board and two hairdryers are also provided. High speed Wifi is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment has intercom security door access and an allocated parking space.

Prices are negotiable for corporate guests, regular guests or longer term stays.

Public transport including the Metro underground system are a short walk from the door. Bars and restaurants of the Quayside are a couple of minutes stroll. Newcastle city centre is just a 10-15 minute walk over the High Level Bridge.

This is property is ****NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES**** or large gatherings.

House rules

The apartment is in a quiet residential block so we cannot accept parties under the age of 25, stag or hen parties. Please leave the house tidy & the way you find it. All dishes must be washed and put away, bins emptied, no smoking inside or in the car park. No noise in the corridors, please be mindful of the buildings permanent tenants. No after parties & no last minute guests. If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The apartment is only suitable for a maximum of 4 guests.

We had a fabulous time celebrating my sisters 60th in Newcastle. The Penthouse was stunning and in a great location. Would recommend for friends or families.
