Description
Brand new ground floor apartment with independent garden equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. Consisting of a spacious living room with kitchenette, complete with dishes, sofa bed, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has a parquet floor in the sleeping area and fully air conditioned in every room and fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, folding table from 8 seats, HD tv, Hi-Fi, safe). The apartment is very close to the beautiful Poetto Beach which is only 500 metres away and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. It is close to the local market which takes place every Wednesday, where you can find all the fresh local and seasonal produce.
