Three self-contained holiday apartments in a friendly holiday resort that is family-owned, right by the private beach, each with its own terrace, surrounded by the shared, green garden and vineyards...

This romantically situated holiday resort with direct access to a private beach by the sunny Ionian Sea is a little outside of the village of Leventochori in the Pyrgos municipality on the Peloponnese on the west coast of Greece, providing ideal accommodation for all those you would like to enjoy sun, the beach and Greek cuisine and hospitality on their holiday.

The resort offers three separate, self-contained holiday apartments, each with their own terrace facing the sea, with pleasant privacy. You go through the green garden area directly to the private beach belonging to the resort, which is shared only with guests staying at the three apartments.

The centre of Leventochori about 5km away offers a range of shopping facilities and a good range of cafés and restaurants. Apart from the many bays and fine sandy beaches along the coast, it is also worth visiting the ancient sites nearby, especially the ancient Olympia, the birth place of the Olympic Games.

This holiday apartment consists of a living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table with four chairs. Next to it there is the kitchen with an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and ample crockery and cutlery. The bedroom provides a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for one further person. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine is available for use during your stay and there is free wireless Internet access.

The living room opens directly onto your private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. You can enjoy leisurely dinners here with spectacular sunsets. Or you can relax in the hammock in the shared, green garden behind it. Stroll through the cool garden right to the private beach and enjoy peace and quiet by the sea. If you arrive by car, then you can use the secure parking spaces at the holiday resort.

The apartment is about 5km from the centre of the little village of Leventochori, which has a sandy beach and a good range of shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If ANNA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
