The villa is situated close to the village of Pyla and just 2km away from the sandy beaches of the Golden Bay, Palm Beach and Sandy Beach Hotels and the CTO (Cyprus Tourism Organisation) beach. On the beach road you will find many shops, restaurants, and traditional taverns offering cypriot and international cuisine.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. WiFi internet access. Each bedroom has a balcony for al fresco dining. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The house is very clean with has all the essentials a family needs for holidays. We were a couple with two kids and we enjoyed the pool!! The beds were good with clean sheets.. The host ensured to have fresh milk in the fridge and a welcoming plate with nescafe, sugar, tea bags and biscuits. The sea is 5 minutes away with car. All amenities near the house. Definitely recommend it and come again!

Just returned from our 2nd enjoyable holiday at this great property, David and Jan have provided everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The house, garden and pool are very clean and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and furniture round the pool, the pergola and awning on the roof terrace are a welcome addition providing shade from the sun, great views of the surrounding area and in the evening spectacular sunsets. We were very grateful for the welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits as we arrived late at night after a long flight. The house is in a very peaceful quiet location conveniently close to a motorway junction with easy access to all parts of the island, the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and bars are about 2 Km away, and a car is recommended.
