Description

This traditional Welsh cottage dates back to c.1750s and and was closely associated with the shipping trade that once dominated life in Pwllheli.

The cottage has been TOTALLY renovated to an extremely high standard yet retains original characteristics incl. original beamed ceiling, beautiful fireplace and thick stone walls.

An ideal cottage for sailing enthusiasts - being only a short stroll from the Marina. The town centre is within easy reach and here you'll find an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, pubs etc.

Steps up to a raised patio area and summer house - from which the views across Tremadog Bay towards the mountains of mid-Wales are SPECTACULAR - in fact during WW2 the area above the cottage was used by the Ministry of Defence a viewing point for bombing practice in the bay.

PLEASE NOTE - the patio and barbecue areas are reached by steep steps - although there are hand rails we feel that the steps would be totally unsuitable for the old, very
