From the owner

The top floor of the converted Old School House in Pwllheli. Situated high on the hill overlooking the town, marina and mountains beyond on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula - there is an outside private courtyard with hot tub, seating and bbq.

Unbelievably quiet and convenient for the town, bars and restaurants with only a 10 minute walk to the beach makes The Old School House Apartment the perfect location.

Pwllheli is a busy market town with an impressive Marina, two glorious beaches and is the perfect location for sailors, walkers, golfers, wildlife enthusiasts and families - in fact there is something for everyone!

The property sleeps 6 - one large room with twin beds (but can be converted to a double bed with a ziplock system), a second large twin bedded room and a smaller twin bedded room more suitable for children. We accept one well behaved pet.

Large lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room to make your stay "home from home!"

WE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM 16TH JULY AS WE ARE COMPLETELY SELF CONTAINED. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, WE ARE LEAVING 24 HOURS BETWEEN EACH BOOKING, TAKING ADDITIONAL CLEANING PRECAUTIONS AND PROVIDING CLEANING EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENT. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sheila (the owner) a message.

If Sheila (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
