A lovely first floor accommodation - perfect for couples and small families. Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the Llyn Peninsula are close at hand. Enjoy the large enclosed garden with barbeque facilities and everything a child could dream for. You can even meet the animals as this self catering apartment is situated on a beef, sheep and cereal farm.

First Floor...

This open beamed apartment is perfect for your self catering holiday in North Wales. The cosy, spacious living room is L-shaped with a beautiful fitted kitchen at one end (with underfloor heating) which includes a microwave, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, pine dining table and chairs.

The living area has a comfortable leather Chesterfield sofa, upholstered wing armchair and a welcoming log burner. All the old beams are left exposed, giving a very light, spacious and comfortable atmosphere. TV and DVD player, plus CD/Hifi system included.

Bedlinen, 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person included. Towels are for cottage use only, not for the beach.

Electric heaters and electricity included.

A travel cot, high chair, and safety gate are also available. (please bring your own linen for the travel cot).

A separate laundry room is available for the convenience of all 3 properties located on the farm and includes a tumble drier, washing machine and a deep freeze.

Llofft Llyn has its own patio area and table to enjoy some alfresco dining.

The large extended garden is available for guests of all three cottages on site to enjoy. This enclosed green area includes a gas BBQ, swings and a football goal, as well as a playhouse / climbing frame with a slide and a fantastic trampoline.

Pwllheli

This Holiday Apartment is located on a beef, sheep and cereal farm set in the heart of the Lleyn Peninsula. It is a ¼ of a mile from the village of Sarn Mellteyrn with its pottery, woodcraft centre, tea rooms, three good pubs (one of which offers food). There is a shop with post office, and a garage with shop that rents out DVDs in the village, as well as a small playing field which can be reached by a pleasant walk through one of the farm fields.

On site, there is plenty to keep the children entertained including a rabbit, cat, dog, and pony. Feel free to wonder around or ask the owner for a tour to see the farm and animals. The large, enclosed garden offers barbeque facilities, swings, a slide, football goals, a playhouse and a fantastic trampoline which is proving to be a huge favourite with the guests.

Beaches

Central to all beaches on the Llyn Peninsula. The nearest is Traeth Penllech, a long sandy beach that allows you to feel that you really are away from it all. 3.5 miles

Watersports

Abersoch beach offers flat water for wakeboarding and waterskiing, sailing, power boating and windsurfing. 6.5 miles

Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) is a very popular venue for surfers and body boarders. 9 miles

Llyn Peninsula Walks

Llyn Coastal Path – 84 miles around the Llyn Peninsula, from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. Join the path 3 miles from the cottage, in Penllech.

Yr Eifl (The Rivals) – Mountain range including the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula. 4.5 miles in length. 12 miles from cottage.

Abersoch Golf Club - 18 hole golf course, adjoining the beach. 6.5 miles

Nefyn and District Golf Club - 26 holes, offering two cliff top 18 hole courses set in spectacular coastal scenery. 7.5 miles

Llyn Golf Centre – Pen-y-Berth. 15 bay driving range, practice green and bunker and 9 hole golf course with sea views. For beginners and advanced players - hire clubs available. 8 miles

Pwllheli Golf Club - 18 hole golf course, suitable for golfers of all ages and abilities. 10 miles.

Horse-riding

Pen Llyn Stud & Riding Centre – Pwllheli. Stud farm and rides for any level of experience. 2.5 miles

Llanbedrog Riding Stables - Horse-riding lessons etc. Beach and hill rides. 6.5 miles

Cilan Riding Centre – Abersoch. Beach rides and more. Great for kids and novices. 9 miles

Very nice place, kind owner, very clean and comfortable inside, we were very pleased that we didn't have any problems because we were late to leave and thank you very much for nice welcome cake.
