Casa Aliade E is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Puntone, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a grocery store and the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet).

Casa Aliade E is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.

For a successful stay at Casa Aliade E we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Casa Aliade Apartments are part of a large holiday complex, consisting of 27 apartments located into different buildings. The complex can host up to 124 people.

Casa Aliade apartments are located a few steps from the sea and a few minutes from the characteristic medieval village of Scarlino. This is the ideal place to spend your holidays discovering one of the most fascinating corners of the beautiful Tuscany: the Maremma.

As guests of Casa Aliade apartments you will have free Wi-Fi Internet connection at the reception.

Swimming Pool 1

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.40 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.

Swimming Pool 2

The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Terrace

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Mezzanine Level

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the going up a spiral staircase, climbing 11 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 2.00 meters (6.6 feet) at its highest point and of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

How do damage deposits work?
