From the owner

The apartment is on the first floor in a family house in Zadar, in the area of Borik. There are two spacious bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace and is equipped with air conditioning, lcd tv and has wireless internet.. There is also free parking for your vehicle. Towels, blankets and sheets are provided.House is in quite area with garden near the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and only 20 minutes walk from the old town.In the garden you can prepare your own meal on the barbeque or just sit on the terrace in front of the apartment.We are in quiet and friendly neighborhood and on bus route. It will take you 25.minutes walking to the city center and 15 min walking tothe sea side and beaches. The apartment is located 400 metres from famous beach Uskok and 600 metres from another beach Borik,there 7. restorans at radius of 10 minutes walking distance, closest one is at 40 metres. There is a post office with money exchange, a kindergarden, a general practice clinic, a dental office and a drugstore very close. Apartment Borna is an ideal choice for travelers seeking charm, comfort and convenience in Zadar, with its convenient location apartment offers easy access to the city s must see destinations. Price for one room 30 €(two persons). Two rooms 40 €.+one person 5€.

How do damage deposits work?
