From the owner

A brand new spacious, romantic apartment, furnished with style, ideal for a couple, in a luxury villa with big garden, pool, a few minutes walk from the sea and a big beach and watersports complex. Villa is in quiet residential area, surrounded by trees, off the main road, and in just few minutes you can be at the crystal clear sea, sand, rocks and pebble beaches.

In the garden you can sunbathe, relax, prepare your own meal on the barbeque or just sit on the terrace in front of the apartment. Pets are welcome.

Half an hour, a lazy stroll along the coast and you are in famous Old Zadar Town, with numerous historic monuments and museums. When tired of sightseeing, treat yourself to delicious Mediterranean food: there are lots of small restaurants with specialities such as fish, shrimps, lobster, shells, squid - all seasoned with healthy olive oil!

You do not need a car as everything is within walking distance.

Our apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to Croatia's most famous Nature parks, enchanting Kornati islands, Starigrad rocks and cliffs, Plitvice lakes, Krka waterfalls.

Arogant and conceited Orell Mielke should have stayed at home or rented a whole house for himself ( if he can financially aford it) because 1) I am in my house and not in his. Of course I am present in my house and speak to whoever I chose on the phone. 2) On the contrary, Mielke did not speak to his partner, a white Caucasian German (which he is not), he treated her like she was not there at all, and ignored her completely. 3) A holiday in a rented apartment,, however comfortable, clean and fantastic, can not save a rotten relationship. 4) This is why Orel Mielke should remember that thought he can insult his partner he can not insult me, I simply do not permit it. 5) The dog "Lucky" was not lucky at all with this "couple", and showed his nervousness and irritation by barking and attacking guests and myself. I pity this poor dog and wish him luck.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stanka (the owner) a message.

If Stanka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
