This luxury apartment in Sea Senses Residential Park located on the promenade of Punta Prima is finished to an excellent standard and is equipped with every luxury. From the 17m² south terrace on the 8th floor, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the communal garden, heated pools and promenade. The apartment has a spacious living room, two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities including a dishwasher. The communal garden is furnished with two spacious (infinity) pools, one heated. Here you can enjoy a nice oasis of tranquillity on one of the loungers with Balinese style parasols or relax in the heated Jacuzzi with magnificent views of the Mediterranean.

The diverse range of sporting activities are available including tennis, football, basketball etc. In the garden you will find a fantastic fitness facility surrounded by glass with panoramic views and you can follow your Wellness Session with a Turkish Bath and / or Finnish sauna. For the little ones there are also various activities available such as a pool with slide and water jets, a play castle and table tennis. The entire complex is equipped with Wi-Fi as well as in the communal garden. You can park your car in the underground parking area.

Oposite the complex is the beach of Rocio del Mar, which had been awarded with blue flag and “Q” for tourist quality. Also accessible are the surrounding beaches and coves of: Punta Prima beach, La Zenia Beach and Cala Ferris, Playa Flamenca amongst others.

Near to the urbanization and open all year-round are different golf courses; renowned for their reputations and qualities are: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all are 18 holes.

Any additional costs for electricity will be charge at a rate of € 0.25 per kw/h.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
