Description

This is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment with Full Air Conditioning (Hot and Cold in all rooms) at Residencial La Cinuelica R15, Alicante region. 100MB Fibre Broadband. The property is approached from the communal private pool and garden area. It has its own gate and ground floor garden area of tile and gravel. As it is a first floor apartment an external staircase leads to the balcony area and front door. It is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users. All the doors and windows are fitted with external grills for added security.

The balcony which overlooks the pool and garden is north easterly facing and is perfect for the early morning and evening sunshine whilst providing welcome shade in the heat of the day. A glass topped garden table and matching chairs are provided for this area— excellent for alfresco dining, great for breakfasts too.

The living / dining room is furnished with a sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD player, coffee table and dining table with four chairs. An archway leads into the kitchen which is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A selection of saucepans, crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils are provided.

The external utility area is accessed from the kitchen where you will find the water heater and washing machine. A clothes airer is provided as are a broom and mop and bucket.

A metal staircase provides access to the private roof terrace giving excellent views of the surrounding area. Sun Loungers are provided for lazy days in the sun on the roof terrace and two folding Loungers are provided for taking to beach or by the pool.

A second archway leads to the master bedroom which is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables with drawers. There is a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and coat hangers are provided. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom comprises toilet, basin and shower with curtain. There is also an extractor fan, mirror with light and shaver point.

The main bathroom is also fully tiled and comprises bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity mirror and shaver point.

The second bedroom is accessed from the living area and is furnished with two single beds and a bedside table with built-in wardrobes providing ample clothes storage. Coat hangers are provided.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES (Payable to the Property Manager):

On arrival at the property you will be met by the Property Manager who will show you around and explain everything to you. If this arrival or departure time is during the normal working hours, there is no additional charges. If however you arrive or depart after 8pm in the evening or earlier than 8am, there is a small additional charge which is detailed below.

20.00 - Midnight = €15

Midnight - 06.00 = €25

06.00 - 08.00 = €15

There is a cleaning fee of 50 Euros payable in cash to the Property Manager at the beginning of your stay.

A Welcome Pack can be provided at a cost of 15 Euros (Tea, Coffee, Milk, Butter, Bread, Sugar and Water).

Airport Transfers can be arranged for 50 Euros (each way) for Alicante and 45 Euros (each way) for Murcia. The fee is for up to 6 people not per person.

• Changeover:

On arrival days - the apartment will be ready after 16:00 hrs

On departure days - the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 hrs

If there are no immediate changeover bookings after your stay, (By Prior Arrangement With The Property Manager), it may be possible to stay in the apartment until you are due to leave for the airport.

All rubbish must be placed in the Grey Wheelie Bins situated on numerous street corners (failure to do so may incur additional charges)!

The Valencian Country region

Costa Blanca, with blue skies and lots of sunshine boasts one of the most pleasant all-year-round climates. Visit Alicante, relax on the clean golden beaches at Torrevieja or visit Benidorm, one hour away, with a fun park for a family day out. For the golf enthusiast there are several superb golf courses nearby.

Punta Prima

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centre Via Park. The closest bar or restaurant is only 5 minutes walk away. Also within walking distance are two Chinese restaurants, Ghandis Indian and Puccinis Italian in Punta Prima.

The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. Other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia

For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. The promenade really comes alive during the season and there is a taxi rank right outside the supermarket making access into town very easy.

The 18 hole championship Campoamar Golf course is 15 minutes by car and has beautiful fairways and tricky sand bunkers! There are 6 other courses in the area, 2 of which are championship courses.

“Perfect Getaway”

Pretty much as described. Nice urbanisation; very secure, nice gardens and pools. Apartment was clean and tidy with pretty much everything you would need. I like to cook so the kitchen was a little small for me, but on the average holiday when you eat out a lot this would matter less. Overall very good place - will probably return.
