The villa is air conditioned & has been furnished to a very high standard not your standard holiday rental ...this is luxury and spacious for a special stay comprising of 4 floors. English digital TV Netflix sky and Disney package with all latest Disney films Wi-Fi Installed through out and included in cost .

The basement has 2 Twin themed bedrooms (Single beds), one has an American theme and the other a London theme stylish and fun .

There is a seperate basement snug living area furnished with leather sofa and converts to sofa bed, also a flat screen tv and did player & sony playstation + games just in case you need a break from the kids!! Also with the latest. Bluetooth wireless speaker

We also have available a 7 seater car for hire as well as 4/5 seaters for smaller group guests please ask for details .

There is a basement shower room/toilet. Making it fantastic for extended families to share .

All beds have the luxury comfort of memory foam mattresses to ensures great nights sleep no expense has been spared ,making this a great stay for guest.Up one floor to the main living area comprises of large dining/living, with 2 seater sofa, 3 seater luxury leather sofa bed & quality stylish 6 seater dining table complete with gorgeous hanging chandlier style lighting .

The kitchen is very well equipped, including all mod cons including washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron etc. The living area has large flat screen tv with English Channels European channels also including a sky tv package and now camera to enable large screen video Skype lounge also has latest Bluetooth wireless speaker .

Another shower room/toilet is located on this level. Upstairs comprises of another 2 double bedrooms, Kingsize beds with a shared balcony, there is a safe & bathroom, with bath, shower, and toilet. Travel cots and any baby equipment are available on request at extra cost & these can be moved into any of the bedrooms of choice for your arrival please ask for details.

Heading up to the 4th floor the is a huge sun terrace, comprising of large dining table to seat 8 guest & stone BBQ for those long summer evenings. On arrival & you will be met at the property where you will be given the keys & instuction/tour on the Villa facilities. You will have a local point of contact to handle any questions or problems you may encounter and any information required about the local area, buses, shopping, beaches etc..

The communal swimming pool is directly opposite the villa and is gated the front porch has rattan sofa and chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine.

The villa is located on the coast, with 20min walk to fabulous beaches at Punta Prima, and few minutes walk to local shops supermarket bars resturants great outdoor shopping mall ten minutes by car with whole floor of bars resturants and monthly free entertainment programme, Along with many good local restaurants and bars, there are many interesting and fun areas well worth a visit .

Why can't I call Richard (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
