PLEASE NOTE: the property will be cleaned at the end of your stay, not during your stay, this is included within the price (unless the property is booked through a special deal or is for stays shorter than five days). A full breakdown of the costs will be provided in your invoice.

In the event of you encountering any problems whilst staying at our house, we will provide you with a 24 hour number for our key holder who will help you. If it is an issue with the house our key holder will sort any problems out for you. We would ask that you do not arrange for anyone to come out yourself, we have a well known team including plumbers, electricians etc available. If you need any advice of a medical nature our key holders wife is a nurse at the local hospital so can give you advice of where to go.

WE ALSO CHARGE €75 FOR CLEANING AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR ALL MALE/FEMALE PARTIES.

We charge a standard fee of €50 for cleaning that also covers the washing of towels and bed linen, it is a standard charge in most rental properties in the area. We do not have Spanish TV, this is clearly stated on our site, we only have English TV channels. Thank you for the positive review regarding our house and internet connection.

I will never respond to a threat of a bad review by someone who is being unreasonable and wants me to supply disposables on a daily basis. We are 'Self Catering' we don't supply daily disposables but the house provides clean towels and linen upon your arrival with a toilet roll in each bathroom and a bag in the bin there is also a provision of a washing machine for your use. We are NOT a hotel. We would have been happy to provide a welcome pack of fresh produce at cost if requested but we were not asked at time of booking. We have never claimed to be at the seas edge and to my knowledge you don't usually get 2 pools to choose from on a 'housing estate'. Also as the people booking the villa for you live in Villa Martin which is very close to our house, they would be fully aware of its location. In addition to that I was asked to provide the house number to enable them to see the house and location prior to your visit. If it was that much of an issue you should have said and we would of happily cancelled the booking for you free of charge! The lovely couple who manage our house have cleaned our house without complaint for the last few years and are even mentioned in previous reviews because they are so pleasant to people. Perhaps they didn't appreciate your approach and being held to ransom over a toilet roll!! My key holder arrived promptly at 2:30 as requested and stayed for at least 30 minutes. The two people left in the house, who were not the original people who took responsibility for the keys upon arrival suggested they would wait outside on the path for their lift that was only 2 minutes away and told him they were happy for him to leave, I have just spoken to him to confirm this. As for cockroaches, you are in Spain and it's hot and occasionally you see one, this is not a reflection of cleanliness just the heat! Thank you for our 1st ever rude complaint we read it with the amusement it deserves as you only have to look at the wonderful review of our house by guests, about our key holders and ourselves as the owners to see where the problem lies with this booking!

Why can't I call Rachel (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rachel (the owner) a message.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
