The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area yet is within 5minutes easy access to all amenities and many good restaurants. Beach, go carting and natural walks all within a 10 minute stroll. The city of Torrevieja is approx 4km away. It has beautiful sea fronts and large marina with daily boat trips and many walks with good public transport.

There are nearby fairground amusements for children. Traditional weekly Spanish markets and street carnivals. Daily trips to other local cities and towns are possible, eg Benidorm with local mountain drives and hot springs.

Punta Prima

City of Torrevieja has a lively atmosphere with many activities on your doorstep eg. golf, water park, water sports and go-karting. The restaurants and bars are plentiful with entertainment all nights. There is a lovely beach area within five minute walking distance with amenities. Lovely coastline walks between the city and Punta Prima. The city is a shopping paradise.Thesalt museum in the town explains the history of the salt lakes. A glass bottom boat trip to Tabarca island leaves the port daily. The new Habaneras shopping mall is beside the large Carrefour hypermarket. The is also a leasure complex with cinema bowling alley clubs bars and restaurants.
