Fantastic first floor apartment in Punta Prima.

Just completed, this apartment on the much sought after Oasis Beach IX complex in Punta Prima, is available for holiday rental.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and is fully furnished and equipped for a self catering holiday and sleeps up to 4 people.

It’s location is great. Not far from local shops, café’s, restaurants and bars you have everything you need nearby but are in a quiet area that is gated and accessible only to guests.

Situated at the end of the block and on the first floor gives the apartment more privacy than it’s neighbours and it benefits from a large solarium which is equipped with a 2 sofa’s and table plus 4 sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine.

The apartment has been furnished in a modern contemporary style and offers all the comforts of home. English TV channels and internet access are available and are free of charge.

The master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bed linen towels are provided.

The second bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe and again bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and even has a dishwasher.

To the rear of the apartment is the balcony which overlooks the gardens. An outside table and chairs are provided for dining outside during the Summer months.

The nearby areas of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and Los Altos are all walkable so a car is not necessary. Taxi’s are readily available and there is a good bus service locally.

Punta Prima is approximately 50 minutes car journey from Alicante airport and approximately 60 minutes from Murcia Corvera airport.

All in all this is an extremely nice apartment close to all of the local amenities but in a quiet area.

Ideal for couples and small families alike.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
