Description

This large (1440 square foot) ground floor end unit is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It is located in the Rudder Club Condominium complex. It is also just a short walk to the Marina and Yacht Club. There is convenient walking access to many of the local facilities including a stroll to the Marina and Cass Cay Restaurant at the marine. Take a longer stroll and walk around the Marina to admire the many beautiful boats moored in various docking arrangements and lovely waterfront homes. If you are lucky the manatees and dolphins will be in the marina to entertain you.

The condo has a large master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a queen bed next the second full bath. The living/dining room is spacious open concept and the kitchen is open to the living/dining room so the chef of the family can be part of the action. Appliances include stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, under counter beverage fridge and microwave. The living room has a new large LED flat screen smart TV with WI-FI and internet access. Access to Netflix is included. Also conveniently located in the unit are a washer and dryer. Enjoy the spacious lanai overlooking 5th hole of the 27-hole golf course where you can relax with breakfast coffee, evening cocktails or a candle light dinner.

This unit has parking directly at your door. The pool and community gathering room is just a few steps away. There is a huge TV in the community room where you can gather with friends to watch football, golf or other TV favorites. Members and guests also gather there to play cards and participate with others in various activities like a pot luck cocktail party most Thursdays. There is also free internet access and a free library in the community room. It is a warm welcoming community with many long term residents.

Burnt Store Marina is like an oasis between Punta Gorda, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. It is a gated and “secure” complex with 24 hour manned gates with an abundance of amenities. Landscaping in BSM is impeccable. (You have never seen a more beautiful place.) There are many beautiful homes, villas and condos as well as a golf course with restaurant, a marina with restaurant, and a yacht club. There is a boat ramp at the marina as well as sailboat rentals, bait for sale and salt water fishing guides available. The marina is only a few hundred yards to the open water of Charlotte Harbor. From there you can go by boat to many local islands for all the fun you can handle. Boca Grande Pass is only 10 miles west from the marina to world class tarpon fishing.

If you are into boating, fishing, golfing relaxing in the sun and enjoying great new friends, then this Gulf coast community is for you. Most owners at Burnt Store Marina are former visitors who came for a stay as renters or guests of owners. You will love it here and you will love this condo. Please take time to look at the photos.
