The Space the comfortable, cozy, much loved, serviced flat with garage with surveyance, furnished in good taste and wonderfully located, with everything you need to feel at home. The flat accommodates three adults with comfort and privacy, and can entertain six people comfortably seated at dinner.

The best restaurants, banks, coffee shops, patisseries, supermarket and most exclusive shops and designer brands are only steps away on Gorlero Avenue, the Port promenade, and Calle 20, known as the "Rodeo Drive of Punta del Este '.

The Mansa beach is at 300mt walk to the west by the port promenade, and the English beach on the Brava (wide Atlantic ocean) side is 200mt walk to the east.

The dining room accommodates six, with four chairs and two armchairs head, the living room furniture is made from teak from Indonesia, china crockery and crystal

The bar divides the living room from the fully equipped kitchen, which accounts for fridge with freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, espresso machine, and citrus press, plus quality crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The main bedroom enjoys a fantastic port view, spring double mattress, fully carpeted floor, cable TV, air conditioning, phone, DVD player, printer, wardrobe with key and suits hanger.

The second bedroom accounts for a bunk bed, fully carpeted floor, HiFi system, TV in the wardrobe, and enjoys a lovely view of the port to the left, and the Atlantic to the right.

The main bathroom compact but comfortable, is fully equipped with a 60 l hot water tank, shower stool, and hair dryer.

The toilet holds the washing machine, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying hanger.

Quality linen and white towels, as well as garage for one car are included in the rent.

The flat aims to accommodate non-smoking, mature couples + one adult guest. If you wish to accommodate the fourth person or a child, you must discuss it with us first.

Guest Access The guests can make free use of the gym at the building ´ 's garage, and at a small fee (buy token at the reception) the building ´ s washing and drying machine.

The daily maids service is included in the rent.

Interaction with Guests I will be at the flat expecting you, and whenever possible, I will be there for when you return the keys. Otherwise, you must leave them at the reception. I will be available on the phone and via email at all times.

After my check-up shortly after you leave, your deposited will be released, after 4.discounting the electricity consumption.

The Neighborhood the location impossible to beat in terms of access to the best of everything Punta del Este has to offer. The porters, maids and concierge are friendly and helpful. Depending on your mood, you might fancy a walk by the port or by the Atlantic sea-front, the coffee at the pâtisserie by the building, to bask at the nearby beaches, or a shopping spree in the designer shops a few minutes walk on Calle 20.

This flat gives you the opportunity of having breakfast at the balcony enjoying the port and street views, relaxing while watching the movie, or to be in minutes in one of the many excellent and stylish restaurants nearby.

Getting around If by plane, you will land in Montevideo and right at the airport catch one of the two buses (COPSA in and TOC) that will bring you to the Punta del Este Terminal. From there, 10 min walk to the flat, or a 5 min taxi drive to the flat.

If you are driving, just take the Interbalnearia Route following the signs right from the airport. You will drive 130 km and take Calle 24, then Calle 21 and in no time you will be leaving the car in the garage.

Other Things to Note The flat has a parasol and a couple of beach chairs for you to enjoy the beach in comfort.

House Rules As said before, this is a much loved and looked after flat, so we expect the guests to respect our effort and look after it as much as we have done during the years. We are open, understanding people with whom you can discuss any concern or special requirements you might have.

We are very strict regarding the non-smoking policy.

The space A comfortable apartment, cozy, very loved, with a vague and mucamas service, tastefully decorated and beautifully located, with everything you need to feel at home.

The apartment accommodates 3 guests very comfortable, and the dining table is for six with good space.

The meters of the apartment, has the best restaurants, banks, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets. Calle 20, known as the ' Rodeo Drive from Punta del Este ', with the most exclusive shops and international brands are just minutes walk away.

The Playa Mansa is 300mt to the West by the harbour promenade and the praia dos Ingleses in Brava (Atlantic) is 200mt walking to the East.

The dining room seats six, with four chairs and two armchairs of heads, the furniture of the room are the Indonesia teak, porcelain dishes and Crystal glasses. Guests will benefit from air conditioning (hot and cold) and sound in the dining room. Works of art from well known Argentine artists, Brazilians and Uruguayans adorn the (website hidden) coffee table has a series of book-objects, to the delight of boaters, golfers and lovers of art. All the Windows of the apartment are double glazed.

The master bathroom, compact, more comfortable, is fully equipped with a hot water tank 60 l and hairdryer.

The second bathroom has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and clothesline.

Lençols and quality towels and 1 car garage are included in the rent.

The apartment is directed to accommodate non-smokers, mature couples + a guest (hidden website) you want to accommodate a fourth person or a child, it is imperative to discuss the matter with us in the first place.

Guests access guests are welcome to use without charge the Academy in the garage of the building, and for a small charge (buy the token from reception), the lavarroupas and secarroupas in the garage of the building.

Mucamas service is included in the rent.
