This luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped condo, has stunning views!

Condo includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, service quarters with laundry room, Air Conditioner in each room, ceiling fans in each bedroom, flat screen TV in the living room, accomadates 6 adults comfortably. Top quality materials and finishing. Cleaning lady included every other day!

Complex Includes: 24/7 security gate and personnel, Two communal pools, kids pools, reception area, elevators, shaded pergola at beach, pool bar (which also services the Beach area), free wi-fi internet.

No car needed, as Condo complex is located close to all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk you will find grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, spas, bars, restaurants, shopping and ATM machines. Punta Cana airport is only a 20 minute drive and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged!

“Unforgettable experience”

2 adults & 4 teenagers enjoyed 2 glorious weeks during spring break this past March. The condo owner, Ilia, arranged our airport transportation and we were greeted with a warm welcome at the condo by the condo manager, Irina, and maid, Maria. This condo is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. Just steps away from the swimming pool and the ocean! Walking distance to many restaurants along with a bakery and small grocery store across the street. We enjoyed all restaurants in terms of food and service. Often had 2-3 waiters looking after us at each restaurant. Food is very reasonably priced as well - cost us generally $100 US for 6 of us to eat dinner including appetizers. Highly recommend eating at: Citrus, Bonita's & Danny's, to name a few of our favorites. Ilia and Irina kept in close contact with us throughout our entire time at the condo, tending to any need or questions we had. The maid, Maria is there every other day to clean, wash dishes, remove garbage and launder the towels. She cooked a spectacular Dominican meal for us 1 evening, including the clean up/dishes which was much appreciated. We enjoyed having the swim pool bar/food service. Edward is there all day providing excellent service. We felt safe as there is 24/7 security on site in this gated condo community, including at the beach area. We recommend travellers bring bug spray as the mosquitos can be bothersome in the evenings. We can't say enough about how much we loved this place! Definitely would return and recommend to our friends/family!

we enjoyed our stay so so much! yes, there was weather but it added a little excitement! Manuel, our driver, and Mary, housekeeper and chef extraordinairre, are the very best of the best! we appreciated Manuel's extra help to get the supplies for the extra shopping day and dinner at Noah's plus movie night. We really enjoyed Mary's dominican home cooked meals. so fun and delicious!! we bought fresh lobster on the beach one day. It was fantastic with roasted carrots and baked potatoes american style. In spite of the weather on arrival, we had plenty of sunshine daily and the breezes and occasional rain cooled things off nicely in between. The beach is beautiful. Our accommodations were perfect for our needs (3 bed/3 baths). We spent most of our time on Ilia's grand, wonderfully furnished terrace after the beach enjoying the sound of the surf...so close. Dipped in the pool once or twice and tried to help the bartender there not be completely alone as the beach is such a big draw. We shopped at Gabriella's and loved her shop (right down the beach next to bamboo bar, a great breakfast place). So nice to have markets and cafes and ATM in walking distance! Walking was a twice daily or more event for us including, of course, strolling the endless miles of beach.

“Wonderful condo for our family vacation!”

My wife and I and our 3 girls ages 2, 4 and 7 spent 2 weeks in Ilia's condo in June 2012. We wholeheartedly agree with all of the wonderful reviews, not just about how nice the condo itself is, but how great Ilia and her staff are to work with. Everything was better than we expected, and we had high expectations after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures. If you're going to rent a condo in Punta Cana... Playa Turquesa is your best bet, and if you need 3 bedrooms at Playa Turquesa Ilia's condo is hand-down the nicest and best located. We really can't say enough good things... the condo is beautiful, the view is so much better than the pictures make it look, the balcony is enormous, wi-fi was reliable every day, the furniture is great, kitchen is stocked, beach is beautiful, area is safe, there are 36 English speaking channels on cable, even the beds are comfortable!! it's really fantastic on all counts and a great value for the price. Now that we've got all of the compliments out of the way, we thought we'd cover some things that we thought would have been helpful to have prior to our vacation, or that we learned during out 2 weeks in Punta Cana that might help you as you plan yours... 1) Speaking Spanish is really, really helpful... while Ilia and her condo manager speak English, almost no one else at the complex or in the immediate area does with the exception of a few restaurants we'll mention below and the ever-present beach vendors trying to sell you stuff.. Pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, most restaurants and shops... exclusively Spanish. Most Americans seem to stay at the all-inclusives as all the guests we encountered at Playa Turquesa during our stay were either European or South American and didn't speak English either. Now... don't not go because you don't speak Spanish, just bring an English/Spanish dictionary and be ready for an adventure! 2) Mosquito Management... open air is fine all day (we didn't need the AC from the time we woke up until we went to bed), but close the windows up by 5PM and turn on the air. We made the mistake of sleeping with the windows open on the first night and my wife looked like she had chicken pox the next morning!! Blasted the AC all night and stayed pretty much right out our electrical credit. 3) Restaurants... best food hands-down is Hurricane Cafe (go right from the beach and walk maybe 100 yds), 2 really interesting English-speaking Italian guys own this place (Spartaco sounds just like the 'you for Scuba?" guy from Along Came Polly) and truly great food that's not over-priced at all considering the quality ($85 dinner for 2 including lobster, appetizer, salads, etc.). Inside Out (out the main gate go right and stay straight at the intersection and go another 50 yds) is fantastic and English-speaking Annie and her husband are great... the absolute best fish and chips we've ever had anywhere. Nam Nam (out the main gate walk straight ahead 50 yds) has fantastic casual take-away foods, great burgers and sandwiches and speak English, D'Angelo's (straight out the main gate until the road ends, go left and then right around the S turn, stay straight until you see it on the right) has great pizza but no one there speaks a lick of English. I ordered a salad and got to pick 8 ingredients... I forgot to ask for "lechuga" and got a salad with no lettuce!! Also, randomly they put blue cheese on about half their pizzas which is weird, so if you don't understand the menu ask for them to show you pictures or you'll get a funky tasting pizza like we did one night. Lastly, we ate at the Chickeeta Bonita's Gelato place (main gate, hang a right and cross the street and it's in the shopping center catty-corner to the condo) at least 10 times during our stay... fabulous gelato, can't say enough good things. DO NOT MISS OUT on having Mary, the condo's maid, cook for you during your stay... she made us a typical Dominican meal of chicken, pigeon peas, rice and potato salad and it was the best food we had during out stay. 4) Food & Supermarkets... We only went out half the nights for dinner and ate in every other meal. Here's an interesting factoid, there's no fresh milk in the Dominican Republic. That was a tough one to take with 3 little kids for 2 weeks. You can find re-hydrated whole milk in the dry foods section of any market, and maybe you'll have better luck getting your kids to drink it than we did! Have the cab take you to Super Pola on the way in from the airport and stock up because the two "Supermercados" near the condo are really single aisle bodegas at best. Avoid Supermercado Osa (located next to Nam Nam straight out the front gate) as they tried to drastically short our change on both occasions there. Instead hang a right out the main gate and go to Supermercado Ramirez for odds and ends, drinks, etc. They've got a scanner so you pay the same price as everyone else (unlike Osa where I paid twice what the local in front of me paid for water) and they'll give you a fair exchange if you need to convert US dollars as well. There is a fresh produce truck every day right in front of the main gate at 4:30 and they have better and cheaper produce than even the big supermarket so you can pick up fresh mangos, papayas, pineapples, bananas, etc., every night if you like. 5) Excursions... there is a Canadian woman and her Dominican husband that run a tour company called El Tour Caribe that live in Playa Turquesa. They are wonderful and can book any excursion you like at prices that were better than any of the beach vendors we talked to, and you get the benefit of them going with you and speaking English and giving you details on the area. They're both just really nice people and we enjoyed getting to meet them. They also have a car service if you need that. Go to www.eltourcaribe.com for details and ask for Leze. That's about it... My husband and I took our two adult sons and their girlfriends to Punta Cana and we stayed at Playa Turquesa in a 3-bedroom condo in April-May 2012. I could write a book about all the wonderful things, but I'll highlight some important things. First, the condo is stunning. It is everything Ilia shows in her pictures. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and clean. Because of the quality construction and smart layout, the sound doesn't travel much between rooms which is important with a group of 6 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, serving dishes, etc. Each bedroom has its own joined bath so the condo operates a little like three mini-apartments with shared kitchen/living areas. Everything is well thought out for your stay. The beds are comfy, lots of towels, pillows, etc. The balcony is amazing! You will spend a lot of time on the balcony because the view is AMAZING! The grounds (lawns, walkways, and beachfront) are manicured daily so everything is perfect. The pools are nice, clean, and Eduardo is a real gem at the pool bar. The beach is pristine white powdery sand, and the water is perfect! We walked along the beach for miles in both directions, and there is no better stretch of beach in our opinion. The covered beachside gazebos are a perfect spot to get out of the sun for a bit, and the chairs are plentiful and comfy. We didn't like the constant harrassment from the beach vendors, excursion sellers, and the "shop" guys. They can be quite rude at times. I realize they are trying to make a living, but they don't seem to realize we are there to relax and don't want to be interrupted all the time. This is in no way a reflection on the condo owner, our stretch of beach seemed to have fewer than some of resort beachfronts nearby. Across the street from Playa Turquesa is a little market with a pharmacy, French Bakery (absolutely amazing), laundromat, convenience store, and wonderful Gelato shop (owned and run by a wonderful ex-pat Canadian). We also went to Outside in, which is a small but delightful restuarant about 7-10 minute walk from the condo. The food was delicious and the husband and wife team are sweethearts! We would strongly recommend this restuarant. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. We loved the beach, we loved the condo, and Ilia (the owner) even took time out of her schedule to come meet us. Ilia also has Irina take care of guests when they arrive and during the stay, and Irina was wonderful. She arranged taxis, booked reservations, and called to check up on us. Overall, the care and concern from Ilia and Irina made our experience even better, and we look forward to seeing them again. I would strongly recommend this condo to any friends travelling to PC. Ilia delivers what she promises and she is very professional to deal with for the payments and arrangements. If we go back to Punta Cana, we will definitely stay at Ilia's condo again.

Best Place for who wants to enjoy the freedom to explore but with the privileges of the Resort. Total Front Ocean View Pool in the Condo... All you nead .... You feel like in your own department. You can cook by youre sealf and super markets are close or youhave the option to have lunch or dinners out side, several options waking. Price Value THE BEST OPTION FOR A FAMILY !!!! .

“Awesome condo right on Bavaro Beach!”

This condo is spectacular. It is located at the best condo development on Bavaro beach. Every detail of the experience was masterfully handled by the owner, Ilia Redondo. The photos online look nice, but in reality the condo and the development are even better. Apartment is on the third floor, and serviced by an elevator. The finishings in the condo are first rate- all the way down to the thick, beautiful towels -colour-coded for beach and condo use. No need for air-conditioning in the condo, open the windows and let the ocean breeze blow through. The beach associated with the development was the nicest of all Bavaro- carefully cleaned every morning. Pool and swim-up bar, excellent as well.

“The perfect choice for our couples get-away!”

This was absolutely the perfect choice for our couples get away! - On the most beautiful, well cared for beach. We walked miles in each direction and felt that our condo was truly on the most beautiful part we visited. Our beach was quiet, which we loved, but it was easy to find some excitement a few steps in either direction. -The grocery store was very close and had all the staples we needed. - There was a fabulous bakery across the street which we visited for breakfast each morning. - No shortage of excellent restaurants within walking distance. We especially loved the Hurracan Cafe! - We spent two days on excursions to visit Isla Saona and to go zip-lining. While we enjoyed both, we felt that the beautiful beach was truly the highlight of the trip and, in retrospect, we would have simply enjoyed our beautiful condo! - The owner and her staff were excellent and willing to help with anything needed. They provided a cell phone to call them for any needs and we could have easily purchased a sim card across the street to make calls as needed. - The condo was very well cared for and clean. Someone came in every-other day to clean and do laundry. She was also willing to cook if we desired. - Wi-fi was available throughout the property, though connection was slow. Wi-Fi access was readily available at every local restaurant where connection speeds were better. Quite simply, this was the perfect condo. It would be great for couples or even family travelers. We will definitely be returning!

“the best place ever”

To start with the owner Ilia Redondo is the best person you could work with. She was so helpfull with everything and if we had questions she was more than happy to help us( and trust me we asked questions haha). For the condo you walk in and your mouth just drops because of that veiw, that alone is worth the cost. The condo is exacty how you see it in the pics. The furniture and bedding is top notch, it is fully stocked with every thing you can think of in the kitchen. The maid service was top notch to, she would even clean your sandy water shoes for use without even asking her ( felt bad she didn't have to that for use). Everything needed is close by, just walking distance so you don't need to rent a car. Well all I can say is thumbs up to you and your place.
