The house is located in a quiet village, a suburb of Pula, surrounded by family homes that are not in the immediate vicinity, beautiful view of nature. Guests have a private parking, the door on the remote control. Guests can use a shared terrace with wooden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. Guests can use the pool for children (diameter 4m pool, depth 90 cm).On the ground floor lives the owner, guests are accommodated in a first floor apartment. Privacy is guaranteed.

The advantages of Istria are obvious: a mild, favorable climate and warm seas, lush Mediterranean vegetation and many cultural and historical monuments. In a beautiful and varied landscape of cliffs and beaches inspire, usually made of stone, rock or gravel. Secluded coves invite the protected undisturbed swimming. Istria is a well-developed tourist region, which offers a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities. PULA AND AROUND
On the southwestern tip of the Istria peninsula, 130 km south of Trieste and 110 km southwest of Rijeka is the port city of Pula. Numerous, mostly well-preserved monuments (eg the amphitheater, the Temple of Augustus and the small arch) are witness to the turbulent and interesting history of this city. In Pula, in the busy shopping streets, on the market and in the street cafes it's very lively. In the town of many cultural events including concerts, festivals, theater and folklore. A few kilometers south of the city center, next to the sea, the most popular on the peninsula Verudela and the deep bay Veruda (Nova Veruda and Pjescana Uvala) the tourist facilities, modern hotel complexes, tourist resorts and balanced, with a modern marina.
