My Lovely loft shack at the Beach:

My lovely loft is a vast space, open plan with kitchen, a bed for two; indoor dining and lounge terrace beside the balcony, a cozy living room, Plasma screen, bathroom is equipped with towels and amenities for your comfortable stay. In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with high speed wifi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc… My loft is cozy, quiet atmosphere it breathes, it is very light and airy and filled with pieces of another era, rustic and earthy colors that relax the atmosphere; ideal getaway and disconnect from the mundane to come to the beach. Welcome!Essential services has WiFi, tv, electricity gas and water included; and monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available on request nominal fee for any stay.We love to receive and meet all kinds of travelers, as hosts remain always available by different means for anything our guests request; but let your air and space trying to feel at home.What we love our neighborhood is its super casual and relaxed atmosphere as a rich way simply live; it's fundamental. Remaining an area where generations of residents still living even since the beginning of Vallarta and recent inhabitants come from other parts of the world, makes the Romantic Zone in a dynamic, varied very charming place. Its a very friendly and open mind neighborhood.The Romantic Zone is the place of our location. It starts from the Rio Cuale and only bridge separates us from the rest of the city. Move within the Romantic Zone is very easy because when the streets of old stroke everything is close and easy to reach just walking. To go to more distant points than usual is moving in collective bus or taxi. The public transportation terminal is near the top of the area and seven blocks from the loft. Almost in every corner there is a place for taxis, and we have one just outside our building. Although there are also reaching remote areas, and the only way is by boat; the dock for water taxi boats or fishing boats is just one block from the loft, on Playa los Muertos. To visit charming villages and other nearby beaches south of Vallarta; Bus Terminal with these routes is also close loft, about 9 blocks. The boardwalk and the iconic Church of Guadalupe but are in the center of Vallarta area are just 15 minutes from peaceful and relaxing walk along the sidewalk by the sea, including the bridge over the Rio Cuale where spectacular photos taken especially at sunset.My lovely loft Playa is a charm that we make available to a larger number of travelers who want to be on the beach and directly at a large center where everything comes together; so our prices are as affordable as they find around; which we have been able to maintain by providing essential basic services and those without encarecerían our service.

Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.

Beware of this guest prospect for your property. I do NOT recommend this guest at all. Before confirming his booking in this property with no AC, he inquired about another which did had AC. When he arrived he was upset because there was no AC in the one he choose, despite the listing is advertised with no AC. He pretended all time not to recognize the former inquiries he did were about the ad which does has AC. He by all means acted accusing me, and even blackmail me to difame me in social media if I didn’t refund him or compensate him. Every day was recurring with cases out of sense and inventing false motifs to get some refund. Have no doubts that he will leave a negative review and false facts of his stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
