Description

Villa Veloco is a unique, modern five-bedroomed villa located in one of the most beautiful areas of the north of Mallorca. It is located in Gotmar, a very popular residential area in Port de Pollenca and is only a few minutes walk from the stunning beach, marina and many restaurants. You can easily explore the area on the villa’s own city bikes free of charge. The villa creates a perfect holiday ambience for up to 10 people

Each of the beautifully furnished five bedrooms have private bathrooms. All bedrooms have two beds which can be used as twin or doubles. Four of them are on the ground floor and one is on the first floor, with three of them having direct access to the pool area. Central heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable atmosphere whatever the season.

At the heart of the villa is a light-filled living area with panoramic views of the impressive pool and sun terrace. For a relaxed atmosphere in the evening, there is an open fireplace and music from an excellent sound system, or you can watch TV on an impressive HD screen from the comfortable leather sofas. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and its integrated coffee bar makes for a cosy meeting place.

The elegant interior design creates a perfect ambience to relax with family or close friends. There is free internet access via Wi-Fi in the villa and in the living room you can watch TV in 3 languages (German, English and Spanish). All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV sets and Bluray players.

The outdoor area is characterised by the large heated pool (size: 5x12m, depth: 1.5m) and the adjacent lawn is an excellent area for sunbathing. The barbecue area, table-tennis table and covered terrace are also at your disposal. On cooler days, a visit to the sauna will warm you up.

The Villa Veloco is bright, spacious, modern and very well equipped. It has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The outstanding villa will meet all your requirements.

washer and dryer.

- Swimming pool and sauna can be heated on request. Please enquire about additional

costs incurred for this.

- City bikes are available for each guest free of charge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
