Port de Pollenca

Placed in one of the most unique locations of Mallorca, the residential zone Boquer, just outside the centre of Puerto Pollensa, twenty meters away from the beach and the renown Pine-Walk.
Pollensa is without a doubt, one of the most attractive municipalities of the island. It was one of the areas were tourism started, besides being a preferred destination of painters and artist since the beginning of this century.
From the scenic point of view, Pollensa is full of contrasts, and a quite big part of-called 'Sierra de Tramontana' with its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea mixes with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees.
Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are a lot of art galleries and beautiful handcrafts shops. During nearly all the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister.
The cosmopolitan character of Pollensa is due to the fact that a lot of Europeans have their residence there, partly even permanent.

“great place, great apartment”

Great apartment, nicely designed, spacious, very clean and quiet. Good location close to beach and marketplace. We didn't make much use of the the roof terrace, not because it wasn't great but we preferred the beach or pool area as it was so hot. The apartment is smartly furnished with all the facilities you need. It would have been good to have some washing up liquid and some soap in the bathrooms but other than that it was great and we would definitely consider renting it again.

“Superb location, beautiful apartment”

Beautiful apartment in a great spot, 2 minutes from the Pinewalk and a 5 minute stroll from the square. Bedrooms are a great size and the roof terrace is tremendous with incredible views of the resort and the mountains behind. Kitchen is small but functional. Instructions regarding the air-conditioning and shutters would have been nice along with instructions regarding the car park. We only used the car park once as we were unsure which bay was ours and the access to the car park is unbelievably tight. We just parked the car on the street nearby, I would recommend this option to anyone renting this apartment. Small negative points only vastly outweighed by the positives, a great place and one which we would love to return to.
