Stunning 1 bedroom apartment (originally a 2 bedroom apartment Bonanca 2A offers a larger lounge/dining area - still equipped with a large double sofa bed). Right behind the Pine Walk and the Illa D'Or Hotel Bonanca 2A is in a small private block of 14 apartments situated directly behind the Pine Walk and is central to all amenities. Situated on the second floor with a lift, this south facing apartment benefits from the sun all day. A table and 4 chairs on the balcony and a sun lounger mean you can enjoy the sun from there all day. The shared pool is part of the fabulous Laguna Bar/restaurant on the ground floor and offers use of the pool and sunbeds when purchasing from the bar/restaurant. They politely ask that guests do not take their own food or drink to the pool area. Directly behind the Pine Walk, the beach is located just 50m away! The apartment has a capacity for up to 4 people and is fully equipped including satellite TV.

Puerto Pollensa has such an excellent variety of restaurants, bars and amenities that make it a perfect resort to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Ideally situated, this apartment would suit couples and families alike, with cots/high chairs available at an extra cost.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Charlotte (the owner) a message.

If Charlotte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
