The apartment is in a small quiet residential apartment block on the outskirts of the port less than ten minutes walk from the closest bars, restaurants and mini-market. A further 20 minutes walk past shops, bars and restaurants finds you at the port with it's sandy beaches, calm seas with excellent paddling, swimming, sailing and other water sports.

Set in lovely regularly maintained gardens with sea and mountain views the apartment is perfect for those looking for quieter evenings away from the hustle and bustle and just a short walk or drive to the port.

Ideal for couples, friends and families the apartment is just a few steps from the swimming pool.The large pool is divided into a shallow area which is great for young children and the deeper area is perfect for diving and more serious swimming.There are lovely well kept gardens to enjoy the sun and natural environment.

The hire of cots and high chairs can be arranged.

There are steps down to the apartment block and pool which makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

The Balearic Islands region

Puerto de Pollenca lies in the north of Mallorca at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It is a spectacularly unspoilt area of the island, far from the madding crowds of the south, with a low-rise, almost old fashioned beauty and tranquillity.There is a market every Wednesday.This is a region of the island where you can enjoy genuine Mallorquin cuisine in a wide variety of bars and restaurants alongside international menus. You can enjoy very local wines and lamb.

Just a few kilometres away is the old town of Pollenca with its traditional market every Sunday, first class deli's and artisan shops. You can also choose from a wide variety of restaurants and cafe's for lunch and dinner.

This part of Mallorca is a favourite with cyclists, bird watchers and walkers. It also boasts the only beach with free Wi-Fi.

If you don't have a car there are excellent bus services from the port, making neighbouring towns within easy reach. You can even jump on a boat which take you around the coast to neighbouring villages.

Port de Pollenca

The apartment is in a residential block on the outskirts of the port about five minutes walk from the closest bars, restaurants and mini-market. A further 20 minutes walk past scores of bars and restaurants finds you at the port with it's promenade and safe sandy beaches with calm seas and excellent swimming, sailing and other water sports facilities. The port itself has a splendid selection of Mallorquin eateries, international cafes and restaurants and the famous Pine Walk.
