Our modern residential apartment in exclusive Bellresguard is well-furnished, fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. This stylish flat overlooks mature gardens, ornamental fish-ponds, sun terraces, and a superb multi-level swimming pool. The accommodation is imaginatively designed and our apartment faces south towards the Pine Walk. It has private underground parking (remote control), secure bike storage, utility room, large balcony and a 90 sq m private roof garden with wonderful views. FREE 30MB/s WIFI internet, and now - Nespresso.

There are 3 bedrooms, with one king-size, one double and two single (offset bunk) beds; all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A cot and a highchair are provided. The bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom and there is a modern family shower room, both with thermostatic showers.

Equipment is comprehensive and well above normal rental standards; CD stereo, 32in FreesatHD led tv with UK channels, 100 DVD films, Bluetooth speaker, electric shutter, electric awning, Pozzani filtered drinking water, leisure library, Mallorca reference books, wall safe, luggage scales, adaptors, charging leads, hair dryers, cot, highchair, weather centre, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch fan oven, LG stainless fridge/freezer, and every small appliance you can think of.

Unusually for a rental property we also try to meet the consumable needs of visitors such as; oils, vinegars, spices, sugar, tea, coffee, cleaning materials, dishwasher tabs, washing powder, softener, toilet paper, kitchen tissue, batteries, candles, matches, individual soaps, and even a stocked drinks cabinet!

If Kay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
