This property is part of a community of 9 spectacular apartments, built in a large plot sharing pool areas and landscaped gardens, next to the nature park la Gola. All the apartments have unobstructed views to the nature area and only 200 metres to the best beach in Pto de Pollensa. The apartments consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with open plan kitchen, terraces and extensive private garden. A/C and heating installed throughout. High quality materials.

The Balearic Islands region

Puerto Pollensa

Puerto Pollensa is a small town in north-eastern Mallorca, situated on the Bay of Pollensa. It is located about six kilometers east of the inland town of Pollensa.

To the south there is a large, older urbanization called El Pinaret. This area is mainly flats, smaller hotels and private homes and has slowly developed over the years. The beach in this area is family firendly, with a gentle grade into the sea, water sports and a wide promenade suitable for walking and cycling.

Fantastic place - our tihird time at Gambi and we are coming back in september. Location is perfect in quiet area. Short walk to beach and retautants.

We have stayed in Puerto pollensa many times and saw these apartments being built. When I saw one on the site to rent I just knew I had to stay there and I wasn't disappointed. It is fabulous and I will stay there again. I went with my husband,son and daughter in law and we were all pressed with the apartment, especially the space. The balcony and roof top terrace were amazing!

We stayed in a ground-floor 2-bed apartment in Gambi for a week's break in May and thoroughly enjoyed it. Gambi is a recently completed development and consists of two blocks: the one we were in with 9 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms; and a neighbouring block where apartments are being sold. Each block has its own pool in nicely maintained grounds, protected via a gate with a pincode entry system. Gambi is next to a protected natural park so does not look onto other buildings - there is a footpath through the park that runs next to the pool, so that does lack privacy a little. We wondered if all the watery areas in the park would attract mosquitoes, but we saw none while we were there. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from a wide part of the beach and is also close to the restaurants and town centre. The apartment was lovely inside - very modern, spacious, bright, quality appliances and with a very large terrace and private grassy area, looking out to the pool and park beyond - the balconies above looked similarly spacious. All terraces/balconies are north-facing so you don't get much sun which was a shame in May - the shade could be an advantage in July/August when it's hotter. Good high speed WiFi throughout the apartment and pool area. Could have done with a little more in the way of kitchen equipment - a few extra pans and cooking utensils. Marga, who works at the agents who let the properties could not have been more helpful. We had a couple of minor issues (WiFi stopped working one morning for instance) but a quick phone call to Marga got it sorted out. We would recommend Gambi for a quiet stay near the centre of Porto Pollenca.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 1st floor apartment which was fitted out to a very high standard. There's is a very nice pool and gardens, with plenty of space for children to play in. The location is excellent, with a very short walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a local nature reserve with views to the mountains.

Villa was equipped with everything you'd need and more. All brand new with neff appliances and really comfortable furniture. We stayed on the top floor and had the most amazing views on our private roof terrace, again, with fantastic furniture. We hired a car, but only used once for a bit of sightseeing. We were a few minutes walk away from beach, supermarket, restaurants and shops. It was all flat so no hill climbs on the return!! Pine walk was around 20 minutes walk away with some amazing food choices. Villa had a shared pool, tho we only used it once as the beach was so close. It looked very clean and was never really busy.
