Centrally located in Puerto Pollensa, Cala Ventura offers a luxury 3rd floor apartment, finished to excellent standard. The property accommodates up to 6 people in 2 double rooms and one twin. There is a 24 hour serviced elevator, so this makes the apartment suitable for all. There is also a specially adapted ramp to the front access of the building.
The apartment comprises of a large lounge with in-door dining area, leading on to a spacious balcony which faces over the pool. It is bright, spacious and finely decorated and furnished to make your holiday even more pleasant. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. A well equipped kitchen for family meals on the balcony or in the lounge area there is a dining room table. There are marble floors throughout and air conditioning. There is a TV, DVD player, CD HiFi and an Ipod docking station / speakers.
By the pool there are 6 sun loungers labelled with the apartment number, there is a lovely pergola which provides relief from the heat during the day and is a lovely area to eat lunch. The pool has a sectioned off shallow end suitable for children as well as the deeper end.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking. The balance will become due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
For bookings arriving within 8 weeks, payment will be required in full.
A refundable £100 security deposit is required and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure.
Check in time is at 3pm and departure time is at 10am.
The apartment is situated within the block of more than 30 large apartment. This particular apartment is well secluded by other apartments and is based on the far left of building furthest from square and is open facing pool / court yard bathing area.
It also faces sea front, and fortunately does not suffer any noise pollution what so ever. Some of the road facing apartments may do in height of summer from the twice weekly market and at the square end of the road chivas music bar that is tinny basement bar underground so there is no music noise, however for any apartments at this end of road and road facing some noise can be heard from people exiting at night .
In the 8 years of owning this apartment pool facing there has never been any noise issues and I have two small children.
The Balearic Islands region
Originally a fishing village, Puerto Pollenca retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm evenings families and couples wander up and down the marina, sit in one of the many pavement cafes and watch the world go by.
The apartment is in easy reach of the old town of Pollenca, about 4km away, and with its Roman Bridge and 365 step Calvery, it is also a great base for keen walkers and cyclists. The market comes to Puerto Pollenca every Wednesday and sells excellent local produce as well as those favorite holiday trinkets to take home with you.
Just 40 min from airport situated within a quaint tranquil family resort of Puerta Pollensa.
It is a just a 2-minute-walk from the beautiful and small private beaches along the famous pine walk on one side, and there are larger beaches in the other direction towards the marina/ yacht club.
It is a 1-minute-walk to the main square and restaurants, and just 30 seconds from the local newly opened gymnasium fitness centre.
There are many bike and boat hire shops, horse riding schools, tennis clubs, scuba diving, water sports, canoeing and sailing courses near the main beach.
The pine walk is the pedestrian walkway that starts from the Vora Mar supermarket and continues along to the Illa D'or hotel and beyond. The walkway got its name due to all the wonderful pine trees that shade the beach along the whole length of it. It really is a magical place with lots of lovely restaurants and bars dotted along it. A trip to Puerto Pollensa is not complete without at least one visit there.
Behind the pine walk is the Carretera Formentor road which leads to the military base that houses the super scooper sea planes that are used to fight fire in the mountains. Follow the Formentor road on past the military base and you will eventually reach the beautiful secluded Formentor. Formentor is just 10 minutes on the local glass bottom boat with private beaches, and it is a 5 minute taxi ride to Pollensa town, a rustic medieval town with lots of festivals. The mountain journey is one that is well worth going on and the views on the way there are spectacular (it is worth stopping at the lighthouse as well if you have a hire car). For those without a car there is a very good public bus to Formentor which leaves frequently from the bus terminus at the marina.
Finally, it is a 40-minute drive to the famous pirates show in Magaluf and charming cosmopolitan city of Palma with its iconic cathedral great shopping boutiques and famous Cort de ingles department store. A fantastic catered for all round family summer holiday, good warm weather from April / May to October.

"Ticked all the right boxes - clean, spacious, facilities, location."
We (family of 4 - mum, dad, 8 & 12 year olds) are just back from 2 weeks staying at this apartment. I'm pleased to say that it lived up to our expectations. A fantastic location (for the square, beach, cafes, bars, the many superb restaurants, weekly market [literally on the door step] and of course the Pine Walk). Extremely spacious rooms including a 'massive' balcony with gas BBQ thrown in. The X-box got a great reaction from our 12 year-old and the Wi-Fi was 100% reliable. On-site beach towels saved loads of hassle as well. We had one problem when we were there (a dodgy WC!) and it was fixed within hours via Belinda in the UK and Martin in Puerto Pollensa. All in all a great place to stay.

"An excellent apartment with all amenities closeby."
A very comfortable spacious apartment with everything you would need. Very clean, with extras that add further comfort e.g. quality bed linen, plenty of comfortable seating. Large balcony, again allowing that 'spacious' feeling and an abundance of outdoor furniture.. This overlooking the well designed pool area, which was ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. It was in a convenient location; close to shops and restaurants.

"Fantastic apartment in a perfect location"
We stayed in apartment 3d for a week mid September. We honestly can't say enough good things about the apartment. It was so central it was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was provided you could need. The pool area is much bigger than it appears on the photos too. We enjoyed it so much we discussed revisiting and staying there again next year whilst we were still there!! Massive thanks to Belinda who assisted us with our booking.
