There is a large and sunny lounge and dining room opens out onto a deep shaded
terrace right over the beach, with beautiful views to the bay and out to sea and the
wooded hills beyond. It has a private garden just in front of the sea with a shower, very useful when you go out to the beach The terrace fill the apartment with cool sea breezes. There are
comfortable sofas in the lounge, and satellite TV and a DVD and CD stereo and Wi-Fi.

On the terrace there are dining table and chairs for eating or reading outside, or just
watching the sun set across the open sea and sky of the bay. The kitchen at the apartment
is light and airy and very practical with appliances including a dishwasher, a washing
machine, and a microwave. The apartment has air-conditioned , one bedroom with a big bed. another with 2 single beds and other with bunkbeds. All are very lightly with windows, two bathrooms - a full bathroom with a bath and a
shower, and a walk-in shower-bathroom.

The apartment is in Pinewalk sea front, this is probably one of the best places in the island. The apartment is found in a residential and quiet area,..

However, it is in easy walking distance of the town centre and the shops and restaurant. The car is not necessary.

Port de Pollenca

Nearby attractions include water skiing, shopping, mountain walking, bicycle riding, horse riding, cultural visits to the old town of Pollensa, Alcudia, Playa de Muro...

But of course, due to its position it is best for enjoying the sea and the mallorquin sun!
