This is a second floor spacious and attractive air conditioned apartment which sleeps up to 7 people (a comfortable camp bed is available for a seventh guest). A cot and high chair are also available. There are two full bathrooms, one en suite to the main bedroom and this bedroom has direct access to the large balcony. The balcony is divided into two main areas, one for relaxing and where there are reclining chairs and sun chairs and the other with a barbecue and a large dining table with six chairs.

The large living room also opens onto the balcony. It has two large sofas, a TV and DVD player and a separate dining area. It also has a wood burning stove for use in the colder months of the year. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave /grill oven, fridge and freezer and a separate utility room provides a washing machine and drying space.

The apartment and its surroundings is equally suitable for couples as it is for families.

We aim to be as flexible as possible on the length of stay and on the days of arrival and departure; a stay of just a few nights is possible, as is one for a longer period of time. The apartment is suitable for families and couples, for a quiet and relaxing stay of a few days or for a more energetic family time.

Gotmar is a residential area of Port de Pollenca. It is very conveniently situated with a 15 minute walk to the beach or to the main heart of the port and the Pine Walk. There is a local shop close by and there is easy access to bars and restaurants a short walk away. The old town of Pollenca is a few kilometres away.

“A pretty perfect spot, quiet and relaxing but only a few minutes walk to the busy town centre”

If you want a peaceful place to stay this is it. The North East of Mallorca has some wonderful beaches and towns/villages to explore, so hire a car and experience the local culture. If you want to stay local, then get the hopper bus from the airport as it stops almost outside the apartment block. Within two minutes walk you have a couple of restaurants, a well stocked shop and a bar with large screens for watching your favourite sports! A ten to fifteen minute stroll takes you into Puerto Pollenca with it's fantastic lively square, Pine Walk, the Marina and beaches. This is not the first year we have rented this apartment and have always enjoyed it's comfort and spaciousness and together with the superbly kept pool and grounds it represents fantastic value for money. Over the years the owners have spent thousands of pounds upgrading the apartment, as part of an obviously planned, long term programme of refurbishment. We noticed that this year the rather oppressive (traditional Spanish style) dark wood finish to the wardrobes etc., had been painted white, uplifting the entire interior. However, the most important upgrade has been the installation of air conditioning this year, an absolute godsend given the hot and humid nights during mid summer. This has made the apartment even more desirable as a holiday base, perfect for our needs and probably yours too! Our son, daughter-in-law and our grandson (21 months old) joined us for four days and were amazed at the size of the apartment and the standard of the items in it. We did have a problem this time, as just before our grandson was due to arrive, the fridge/freezer stopped working. A quick text to the owners and a brand new replacement was delivered the next day. Phew, warm white wine is not to be recommended! The balcony is also superbly spacious place to be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks or just chilling out. All in all, this is a fantastic place to be and we can thoroughly recommend it. Sarah, the owner, is easy to deal with and we will be back again in the future.
