Description

This exclusive property is an ultra modern, contemporary and well appointed villa located in the privileged Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa. With breathtaking uninterrupted views overlooking the beautiful bay of Pollensa which are appreciated the second you walk through the front door. The villa boasts 2 swimming pools, a outdoor swimming pool with views of the whole Bay of Puerto Pollensa and a indoor pool on the lower level.

This stunning villa is distributed over 3 levels: 1st floor, ground floor and lower ground floor (basement).

The villa has central air conditioning which provides hot and cold air to the 4 main bedrooms, (all with double beds). The lower ground basement bedrooms ( 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x twin) do not have air conditioning but fans are supplied. These bedrooms share a communal WC adjacent to the indoor pool.

Entering the property, from the rear street entrance, you will find a large marble BBQ area with garden and a teak walkway leading to the main front door. On this floor you will find a large, spacious open plan lounge/ dining area which is stylishly decorated and leads onto the modern fully equipped kitchen. This open plan fully glazed design, on one side of the villa, allows the fantastic views of the bay to be enjoyed whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing. The lounge, floor to ceiling patio doors, lead out to the extensive first floor terrace which has a quality teak decked sunbathing area with heated outdoor swimming pool (additional charge) and breathtaking panoramic views of the Puerto Pollensa bay. This area has ample comfortable sofa seating and a 2 x four-poster sunbed chill out loungers. Leading up from here are external stairs to the top roof terrace with 360 degree views of the breathtaking bay and surrounding Boquer Valley mountains.

You will find 1 x double bedroom on the main floor with en-suite bathroom which also has large patio doors leading out to the teak deck terrace.

On the lower floor you will find a gorgeous master bedroom with built-in closet and en-suite bathroom, also there is direct access to the large garden / private terrace at the front of the property. On this floor you will also find 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the indoor swimming pool.

Villa Boquer also has a fitness area and indoor pool.

This is a spectacular villa set in one of the nicest areas of Puerto Pollensa with everything on your door step. The Pine Walk, beaches and town centre are only short stroll away.

Please note:

- The bedrooms in the basement share the bathrooms with the other upstairs bedrooms and WC in the indoor pool area . The lower level area, in the basement, has been designed as a 'teenage den' style accommodation and does not have windows or air conditioning but fans are supplied.

- On street parking will be available. You will always find enough space for 2 or more cars.

-Extra costs for central heating and pool heating will apply, please enquire for details regarding these extra costs as they will be charged at time of booking.
