This newly renovated, large, three bedroom, 2 bathroom house with high ceilings and many lounging areas, makes for the perfect holiday beach rental house. Within 2 minutes walk from the house you will be on the most pristine palm lined, quiet beach in Costa Rica. It is hard to believe within this natural beauty you are only 10 minutes drive from the closest airport in the town of Puerto Jimenez.

With a large family size dipping pool, WiFi and air conditioning in the only room that needs it, the loft room which has two double beds upstairs and two double beds down stairs. This house is perfect for extended families, groups of friends or a couple wanting plenty of space to relax, cook and be close to the beach.

This area is renowned for naturalists visiting to capture on film the abundant wildlife, that can be found close to the house and in Corcovado National Park. The waters that surround the area are teeming with fish, whales and dolphins. The Gulfo Dulce is the largest natural estuary in Central America which is fed by 22 rivers. Keen fisherman have many a tale to tell after their fishing experiences here and families always enjoy the natural tours to view the dolphins and whales.

Casa Bella is a great base to take day trips to see nature at its best, or simply relax and get away from the real life. The house has no television for exactly this purpose, so you can turn off, reconnect with loved ones and rejuvenate. H

The layout of the house has been created with a serene vibe in mind, encompassing open air relaxation spaces and enclosed private quarters. The communal areas flow through the front balcony into the living room and kitchen, then trough to the back terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king size bed. The VIP bedroom has a king bed and large windows. The third bedroom has 2 loft beds (double) and 2 more doubles downstairs (this is the only air conditioned room in the house), it is a very spacious and comfortable room. All rooms, living area and kitchen have ceiling fans, and all the windows are screened to allow airflow. Both bathrooms have been designed with the idea of experiencing a tropical out door bathroom, whilst inside. Boasting very large showers and natural greenery, enhancing your natural experience.

You may choose to eat out while your on holidays, but if you love to cook the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Fully equipped to prepare a feast, including an industrial kitchen, refrigerator, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. With a breakfast bar and dinning table that can accommodate all guests, you will enjoy eating together. If you are interested in a local feast cooked for you and served in Casa Bella, chef Giovanni always impresses.

Each morning you might wake to the early call of the howler, sharp barks of the white- faced capuchin, or high squeaks of the squirrel monkeys as they make their daily troops through the surrounding trees. Breakfast will often be shared with long yellow-beaked toucans searching for bananas sprouted along the rear of the house. Many afternoons, red, green, and blue tri-colored macaws will stand one footed on the branches of the almond tree as they crack the nuts that overhang the shore-sided bedroom. Whether sipping a drink in the lounge, or dining on the deck, the sounds and sights of the tropical forest are available for your delight.

Outside the gate, less than a two minute's stroll down a tree-shaded lane, lies one of Costa Rica's most pristine and secluded beaches. Walk for miles along its quiet shore and stop to refresh at one of the exclusive restaurants that dot the way. Bake in the warm sands of the Gulf as surfers from all over the world test their skills on the waves or try your own hand at surfing, fishing, or kayaking beyond the reef. We have the equipment and expertise to help you accomplish all of your vacation and Costa Rican dreams.
