is luxury villa will exceed expectations and offers a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, very close to the old town and harbour area and 10 minutes walk to Puerto del Carmen and the beach, with the many Restaurants, shops and bars. The villa offers excellent facilities both inside and outside with everything you could possibly need to make your stay a very comfortable one. The furnishings are very modern with a large lounge and includes a 55” full HD Smart TV with WIFI and internet up to 300 Mbit download speed, unlimited. There are 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom, both with walk-in shower. Included is the luxury of air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. The kitchen includes an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster,fridge/freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso),filtermashine, watercooker, washing machine, dryer and many other appliances, welcomepackage. Outside there is a beautiful, very private garden, a undercover terrace with a bar and TV, protected with mobile glass elements. There is a sun terrace with sunbeds and shaded areas. The swimming pool is a saltwater pool (heating optional, EUR 10,00/day) and there is also a hot tub and a BBQ. There is private parking with an electric garage door with remote control for entry and exit.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Brigitte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
