From the owner

Our studio apartment is within the San Francisco II complex, Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The complex is situated in the old town area of Puerto del Carmen and is 3 minutes walk from the harbour. It has two pools, sunbathing terrace, sun beds and parasols. There is a pool bar where food and drink is served. The studio is a single room with twin beds and a seating and kitchen area. The kitchen has a hot plate, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk in shower. All linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. A safe is provided free of charge. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The terrace, which has sea views and overlooks the harbour, has a table and chairs and parasol. There are many restaurants and bars in the old town, and local supermarkets close to the front and back gates of the complex. Reception is open 10am - 2pm, 6 days a week.

Thank you for your comments. The dampness issue was investigated earlier this year and it requires extensive work to rectify. The intention is to get it sorted out before the end of the year. I do hope that it has not put you off booking the apartment again in the future.

Why can't I call Anne-Marie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne-Marie (the owner) a message.

If Anne-Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
