“Beautiful Apartment in a PERFECT Location”

We spent a while looking at lots of different ones pre booking our holiday , We came across this one sent a message the response was quick everytime , he gave us lots of help and information about the carnival before we arrived , he stayed in contact at all times checking arrival times etc so 10/10 for communication.... Now onto the Apartment .... WOW!!!!!!!!!! This place turned out to be one of the cleanest and nicest places we have stayed in Puerto Del Carmen , We would highly recommend it to our friends and family so quite confident about recommending it to others too!! The place is just amazing however our only and i mean ONLY downside was it needs a HOT TUB on the terrace !!! which we mentioned and he was considering it, so we are hoping its put in place soon as we definitely would book again tomorrow if he does , It had everything u needed to cook and wash clothes etc.... Bathroom was lovely, Great Shower Massive Showerhead always had good hot water, Stocked with toilet roll and towels and bedding and Beach Towels to use Plus a great Hairdryer Bedroom was very high standard with a built in wardrobe and lovely lighting Bed was Super Comfy and slept like a Log so for us this is a defo 10/10 but could be an 11 with a hot tub lol . We look forward to staying again very soon hopefully . Thanks from Leanne and Tony xx

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diego (the owner) a message.

If Diego (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
