A studio apartment on the San Francisco II complex in the old harbour area of Puerto Del Carmen with spectacular views of the harbour, sea and Fuerteventura. The complex offers two pools with plenty of sunbeds and sunbathing areas. There is also a pool bar offering a selection of food and drink throughout the day.

The apartment benefits from a fitted kitchen, and all accessories to make your stay comfortable including all towels, linen, cutlery, crockery, TV, British Satellite channels (inc ITV CH4 etc) and two comfy chairs to watch it from, or read a book with the view, to mention just a few.

Terrible, the owner spends no money so it's shabby, falling apart, has not been refurbished, photos are deceptive, the people who have to clean it are restricted and embarrassed, cleaners are not in anyway at fault.

Owner's reply: The apartment is now under new ownership and has been renovated, and forever will be. Anything shabby was ripped out. Thank you for your review which spurred an urgency to the refurbishment achieved. You will see from the new pictures: the new curtains, sink, TV, external table and chairs, parasol (no picture unfortunately) internal lounge chairs, pictures, kettle and toaster and front door (No picture unfortunately) Also newly painted throughout. We hope you may be tempted to enjoy a stay and the views from this apartment 504 again in the future. Kind regards, Nick.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon and we were welcomed by fantastic view. Lovely apartment has everything you could want for a self catering apartment.Restaurants and shops within easy reach.Quiet area for a lovely relaxing holiday and a lovely walk to Puerto Calero along cliff top,If you want to self cater completely apartment has everything. Pool and bar area lovely and well kept as is the whole complex .We are already booking up for next year

We had a lovely time here. The apartment is situated close to the old harbour. It is a pleasant short walk along the seafront to the shops, bars and restaurants etc. There is a supermarket one minute's walk away from the apartment. It is ideally situated to visit the attractions in the North of the Island, the South and the West without having to spend too long in the car on any day. We hired a car for four days and saw everything. Relaxing in the evening looking out over the bay in this comfortable apartment which lacks nothing was ideal. Highly recommended.

This apartment has all of the features one would expect from a holiday apartment plus many extras which make it very much a home from home. The big plus for us was the exceptionally large balcony which housed a sunbed & two reclining chairs. The balcony has fantastic views over the harbour & the sea to fuerteventura and the pictures on this site do not do the views justice. The apartment is only a 5 mins walk to the harbour/restaurants and a 10-15 mins walk to the beach/promenade and so a car is not essential. The only downside to the apartment is that there are a lot of steps on the complex and so it is not suitable for the less mobile. All in all the apartment represents exceptional value for money.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
