This Luxury ground floor apartment has one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out sofa bed in living room to accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fan, and free private Wi Fi access. The front door of the apartment is fitted with a mosquito net. (to keep out the mossies')

This bright spacious living-room has flat screen TV/DVD player with satellite TV, including RTE/UK channels. The kitchen/breakfast bar seats 2 people and has a fridge with freezer compartment,under counter freezer, 4 ring hob, electric oven, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, dinner service and glass ware, cutlery, pots, pans, iron & ironing-board.

The spacious bedroom has 2 single beds and mirrored fitted wardrobes with hangers. There is a safe in the wardrobe, which gives you peace of mind at no extra charge. Large ceiling fan for added comfort and bedside lights. There are shutters on the bed room windows with a fitted mosquito net. (to keep out the mossies').

A hairdryer and hoover are also provided.

The terrace is south facing with table and chairs to enjoy the pool view. There is also a clothes horse to dry any bits and pieces.

There are 2 solar heated swimming pools in the complex. The main swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by sunbeds with privately owned cushions for your comfort. The gardens are beautifully maintained and have CCTV for added security; whilst the entrance gate is security coded. The pool area is illuminated at night

This luxury ground floor apartment is situated in a tranquil location near San Antonio Hotel and is only a few minutes' walk from Los Picollos beach. For total convenience the local supermarket is 2 minutes away, whilst a 10 minute walk would see you spoilt for choice with restaurants, bars and nightlife. There are boat trips around the islands and numerous water sports, including diving schools which you can book, while an 18-hole Par 72 golf course is just a short drive away.

Why can't I call Gerry (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
