Ground floor apartment with two single beds and a large double sofa bed. There are only eight apartments in the complex sited around a central swimming pool and all day sunbathing area. The outside terrace of number 3 benefits from the sun from mid morning to sunset!
The interior is tastefully presented and well equipped with most home comforts including satellite TV,(English Channels) video ,DVD,CD player and a wide range of music, films and books for your enjoyment.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar which seats 4 and is equipped with a cooker and new 4- ring hob,microwave,fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The bathroom benefits from a low level bath and over the bath shower, bidet and hairdryer.
The large twin bedroom includes a double built in wardrobe, with shelving and a steel safe. The windows in the bedroom have a fitted mosquito net , so windows can be left open to avail of the evening breeze during hot weather. There are also portable fans in the Apartment for your comfort.

There are numerous tourist leaflets and maps giving info on the wide range of exciting activities to do while on the island.A fold-a-away cot bed is available on request.Linen and towels are changed weekly.
A washing machine for guests use is available on site for a small charge.

Welcome pack including tea, coffee,sugar,milk,water, washing liquid,washing powder included in price. Also 8 litre water bottles available to buy at complex costing 2.5 Euros.

The complex is completely enclosed with its own lockable security gate.The apartment has its own external key box, no need to take keys onto the beach!!While lounging around the pool there is the option of both open and sheltered sunbathing areas and outside showering facilities.The complex has its own off street parking and also a luggage storage area, useful on change over days!.

Puerto del Carmen has grown from a small fishing harbour (which still exists, and where the best seafood restaurants are located) into a thriving holiday resort. The traditional charm of the old town is contrasted with the huge choice of good restaurants,bars and night life. The main avendia runs alongside the main beach and is an excellent place for relaxing, strolling or exercising at any time of the day but especially in the evenings when the sun is setting.
Numerous high street shopping outlets will entice you off the street at the biosphere complex, but wherever you are in the city the absence of high rise buildings and the presence of white washed houses give the whole area very much a holiday feel.

"A Quiet and Relaxing Stay..."
My fiance and I stayed at Las Palmeras 111 for a week in October. We were after a quiet and relaxing holiday, which is exactly what we got. The complex is secure and well-maintained, and though all 8 apartments were occupied during our stay, it was very quiet - we always had the pool to ourselves! Location is good too - just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, although there are plenty of restaurants along the beach if you prefer to eat out. The apartment comfortably accommodates 2 adults, and whilst it has a sofabed to accommodate a further 2 people, I personally think this would be too crowded. The beds and sofa weren't the most comfortable but all in all, a very pleasant stay in a well-equipped apartment. The booking process was extremely simple and the owners provided prompt and helpful information. Karen and Steve, who manage the complex, were extremely welcoming upon arrival, and on hand to assist us with any queries we had throughout our stay. Would recommend and would definitely consider staying again.

"Great apartment on a quiet complex"
A great apartment for the three of us with all amenities provided for a relaxeing holiday. Karen the manager was a mine of information with all her tips on where to eat and drink. The weather was excellent for the week of our stay and the pool was a godsend for a cooling dip. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family and friends.
