Description
The villa is situated in the charm of the old town close to the beautiful harbour of Puerto del Carmen.
Our villa has two twin bedrooms and a double bedrrom with en suite, a second bathroom, large lounge/dining room with leather sofas, dining table and chairs.
There is a fully equipped kitchen.
The lounge/dinner opens out onto a spacious covered terrace area with patio furniture.

“Perfect villa”
Stayed in casa terria for 11 nights what a credit this villa is to its owners & management team excellent facilities/ location everything you need for a perfect holiday would certainly return and highly recommend anyone to stay you won’t be disappointed.

Spent a week in this lovely villa. spacious and welcoming. Pool area was great with plenty of room. 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is there. Woud recommend this villa to everyone. Great for couples and great for famiies. Will dfinitly be returning here.

GreGreat villa, My Family stayed for 3 weeks 28th March – 18th April. Villa is situated in a quiet area with secure grounds to the villa, but still very close to all the amenities of Puerto del Carmen. It’s comfortable and spacious with great sofas and comfortable mattresses on beds!!! Having stayed at many holiday rentals which had uncomfortable beds & sofas this made a welcome change. Having a 3 month old baby with us we did eat in a lot and found the Kitchen well stocked with full oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc etc. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and even a chest freezer. Pool area is great with gentle steps into the pool suitable for very young or elderly (my mother has had 2 knee replacements and was able to access pool with no issues) and the pool temperature was great – nice & warm. The management company, cleaners and pool maintenance people all very friendly and helpful. If you have any issues just call the management team and they are resolved straight away. The DVD player stopped working and we had a replacement that same day! Had a great stay would highly recommend.
