Description

The quiet and peaceful complex of Jardin del Atlantico is centrally located in the town of Puerto del Carmen, offering easy access to public or private transport for you to explore this wonderful island.

All amenities, including supermarkets, the large clean beach and many excellent restaurants along the

Avenida de las Playas are within strolling distance.

The complex benefits from being situated in small private gated gardens.

Leading via a patio door from a light and modern living / kitchen area is a spacious private south facing balcony furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dinning and a canopy to keep the mid day sun at bay if required. Sun beds to soak up the sun in peace and quiet.

With one double bedroom and a good sized shower room the apartment and complex is an ideal haven with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

“Wonderful”

Have stayed here a few times now, Drew is a great host and has thought of everything for the apartment. The welcome pack is particularly appreciated. He will very often be available for transport to and from the airport, a great bonus instead of waiting for taxis. It’s like home from home. It’s a very quiet location but very near to the Avenida and all it has to offer.

“Super apartment to holiday in”

From start to finish the booking of this apartment was seamless and I was very confident that the renter would not let me down. The details of the rental process were clear and an accurate description of the accommodation. We can only endorse what others have said before, Drew truly has a great location to stay, central but very quiet complex, immaculately clean, and a fab private sunny balcony with all mod cons. It was great to be met at the airport by Drew and taken to the apartment in 10 minutes or so and also to get a welcome pack which is very thoughtful of him. For our trip back to the airport we strolled over to Las Lomas apartments who called us a taxi within 5 minutes which cost €15. We have every confidence that we shall be back in this apartment to soak up the sunshine in the future. Thanks Drew, Amanda and Tony

Excellent from start to finish. Owner Drew great man couldn't do enough for you, apartment in great location near enough the main strip but far enough for it to be very peaceful. Apartment itself is home from home décor lovely . The large balcony is great for lying in the sun which you get all day. Hope to see you again Drew and your perfect apartment . Thanks for the stay

We have been using Drew's apartment now for 4/5 years, and quite frankly wouldn't go anywhere else. The facilities have been upgraded recently with new appliances, a new bed, as well as fresh décor and artwork. Drew's attentive personal service is great, making arrival/departure absolutely seamless and stress free. In short-the perfect apartment in a perfect location to re-charge your batteries-can't recommend it highly enough. Will be back to our second home soon, and can hardly wait!

Just got back from Drew's apartment from long stay Dec-Jan was very sad to leave its a great apartment home from home,Drew as thought of everything including welcome pack of water, milk, bread, cheese, ham, butter, beer & wine which was great. Lovely private balcony gets sun all day long & a canopy.In great location near bar's, restaurant's, beach, yet far enough away for good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Drew is a great guy easy to contact if needed.We looking forward to staying in Drew's apartment again next year, as staying at his other apartment which is 2bedrooms in Dec, which is in same area & looking forward to that.Thanks again Drew for letting us stay in your fabulous apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Drew (the owner) a message.

If Drew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
