This stunning newly renovated apartment is in Jardin del Atlantico, a small complex of 14 apartments recently refurbished to the highest standards. It is immaculately kept and each apartment has a small Canarian garden. It has a tranquil and reserved but friendly atmosphere. Apt. 11 is the newest of these and the most up to date with full Wi-Fi and Sky news Channels at no extra charge. It is modern, light and airy with a spacious balcony for a one bed. The new sofas are not sofa-beds so are wide and comfortable. It is more than suitable for those looking to get away and relax or those looking for nightlife and fun.

The promenade of Avenida Las Playas now offers something for everyone of any age and has had a substantial and on going make over. The walk along the promenade now goes all the way to the capital of Arrecife and you can rent anything from bikes to skates. The Playa Grande beach is always spotless and only 3 or 4 minutes walk from the apartment door. The 'strip' offers a multitude of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, live music, night clubs, shopping and even a casino. Apartment 11 is in the most perfect location at the end of the Avenida but at the start of the Old Town. You can walk over to the old town in 5/10 minutes via the Biosphere Shopping Centre.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Amanda (the owner) a message.

If Amanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
