Villa Lea is a stunning, modern, family owned, luxury villa located just five minutes' walk from the main beach in Puerto Del Carmen. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, Hotspring Hot Tub, BBQ area furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

With two double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families.

The villa also includes, UK Tv (limited cannels), Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and free Wi-Fi Ipod docking station

Four large bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor and one twin room which is on the ground floor suitable for clients with mobility problems.

Three shower rooms with WC and bidets. It also has a stunning dining area and Kitchen. All modern and kept to a very high standard.

“Lovely stay”

We stayed at the villa beginning of January and had a lovely stay. We were greeted by Linda and Richard who were very welcoming and showed up around and how everything worked. It was a nice surprise to be left with supplies for when we arrived for a bite to eat, water and beer. Other villas we've previously stated at we've had to pay for this. The villa itself is lovely, very spacious great pool area and cover if you need shade. We travelled with our 9 month old baby and the villa was well equipped for this. We even asked Linda if there was any chance of having a baby walker and she arranged this on the day we arrived. 5 minute walk down to the main strip and about a 25 minute walk to the old town area. Overall fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and if going to lanzarote again in a group would look to book again.

“Fantastic stay at Villa Lea”

We had a wonderful family holiday in Villa Lea. The villa had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were of excellent quality. We made good use of the pool, Jacuzzi and barbeque. The villa is only a 7 minute walk from the strip where there are many restaurants and bars. Altogether an excellent holiday. We would definitely stay here again

after our first stay at villa lea we knew we would be back, the villa itself is spotless, spacious and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. and you could not get a better location close to all amenities. this villa is really in a class of its own.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.we definately will be staying at villa lea again.

“First Class accommodation”

Have stayed at a few villas in Puerto Del Carmen but Villa Lea takes first spot, everything you could wish for, for a relaxing holiday. Very private but close to all amenities. I would have not hesitation in recommending this villa to all my friends. Already planning to return in the near future. Smith Family

“Fab Villa - Bit Of Luxury - Couldn't Ask For Better”

We were a party of eight adults visiting Villa Lea for the first time in March 2012. We were met at villa and given details all about the villa. We were really impressed and it had everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Location quiet but within walking distance of all shops, bars and restaurants. Outside areas fab. The decor inside was first class, all areas spotless and really well looked after. The kitchen had more utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses than you could ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. We are hoping to return next year as couldn't ask for better. Thanks Elaine for allowing us to stay at your "Fab Villa". Margaret.

“sheer luxury!”

we stayed in villa Lea in July for eight days it was an amazing villa very luxurious. The heated outside pool and hot tub was a little bit of heaven! great location peaceful but only a short stroll to the beach and many restaurants and bars. the owner was very organized with bookings and always got back promptly to us. we would defiantly recommend this villa to anyone!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elaine (the owner) a message.

If Elaine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
