From the owner

A truly fantastic apartment located in a great part of Mogan. Extremely close to the beach (1 minute walk - approx 180m), close to the harbour (3 or 4 minute walk) and next to Mogan park.

The complex boasts a beautiful large pool, sun bathing area and a private grassed garden with various trees.

The apartment has its own large private terrace from which you can look out to the pool, the park and the mountains beyond. It has it’s own reserved parking space and there is a lift to bring you down from the parking to the ground floor.

The apartment is finished to a very high standard with new appliances, many facilities (Full sized oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, WiFi, UKTV, USB and wireless charging points etc) and plenty of safety features (smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher anti surge mains trip etc).

A great base for your stay in Mogan.

For those working from home a monitor (compatible with Apple laptops, or PC via HDMI), Mac computer, keyboard, trackpad and printer (USB) can be provided on request.

As you can see from the reviews of my other apartment, I work tirelessly to ensure my guests get a great holiday experience, starting with a exceptionally well maintained, equipped and cleaned apartment.

Housekeeping

In the price quoted, the Apartment is fully cleaned prior to arrival, another clean and linen change for each 7 night stay, (i.e 14 night stay, clean before arrival, day 8 clean and linen change). Additional clean and linen change can be booked for €50.

Tea, coffee, milk, water and toilet paper left for arrival.

Any problems with the fabric of the building, utilities, facilities etc, I aim to repair/resolve same day (where possible).

Please note, as a consideration to my neighbors, the air conditioners power down between midnight and 10am.

House rules

Obviously most rules are common sense, but I do ask my guests to be quiet from 11pm to 8am out of courtesy to my neighbors.

Check in and check out times are flexible where I can be. Standard check out is before 11am and check in is after 4pm. I try to manage check in and outs to best accommodate my guests needs. For very early check ins, or late check outs, I can store luggage and guests can use the facilities (pool, toilets, showers, sunbeds etc) or head into town to have a drink or meal.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
