Rent an apartment to (literally) 3 minutes from the beach, with beautiful sea views. Ideal for complete and also one or two weeks vacation. It is fully equipped and furnished, including air-conditioning and heating; everything you need to move to long-term. They can sleep up to 8 people, using the sofa bed in the lounge. It is an apartment so far is still used for family vacation as it is ideal to enjoy the beach activities are organized on the seafront, opposite or until even the cuisine of bars and restaurants the area with typical food seaport. It is in perfect condition, has a lift and direct access to the street closer to the waterfront. Three minutes from the beach and boardwalk, so until you can hear the waves at night while you sleep. Near the area's other beaches such as El Alamillo, the beach of La Isla, Isla Plana, La Azohía, Playa Grande, Bolnuevo ...... and all the typical places that have each of these beaches, being this beach where the apartment is, the most central and most of all tourist beach. Internet service Parking garage WiFi and have an extra cost if they want to hire and depend on the duration of the stay.

“Central, Comfortable, Everything You Would Want from Accomadation.”

Amazing Location, Met by Juanjo and his lovely daughter who explained everything and showed us where everything was. The apartment has everything one needs to enjoy a very plesant stay. Being November not many resaturants open but could see how vibrant it would be in summer, however that said Viggos was open and a must visit if you like fish! Would recomend this apartment, it was an excellent stay,--------------------thank you Juanjo. Steve/Diana

This property is conveniently situated just 30 seconds walk to the beach. Juan was just a whats app or phone call away to deal with any enquiries. The apartment had everything we needed, great views of the beach and the sea. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. My wife and I had a most enjoyable stay.Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great position for the beach, with a lovely view of the beach and paseo. Juanjo is a lovely man, was there to meet us and show us where everything was, and came back at the time we arranged to collect the keys, would love to go back there

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juanjo (the owner) a message.

If Juanjo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
