SPECIAL PRICE JUNE. LUXURY MODERN VILLA. Chalet located in an exclusive residential AREA of Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, very quiet and ideal for families. The house is bright, modern, welcoming, and spacious 150 m2 on one level, on a plot of 400 m2.There are FOUR bedrooms, 3 master rooms with king bed, 2 bedrooms with a spacious bathroom included. And the other one bedroom with two single beds. In addition there is a third full bathroom. I can also put an additional bed in the room with two single beds and another in one of the Master rooms. All beds have high quality mattresses, EXCLUSIVE mattress range of FLEX, BORNEO mattress of FLEX. Shower quality cabin TEUCO , radio and chromotherapy in one of the bathrooms of the maste. The new and modern kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, juice squeezer, etc., and much kitchenware. The house has FREE WI-FI and a large TV, 55”, Smart TV, with international channels, 100 ENGLISH CHANNELS, and DVD, and NETFLIX. The Villa is available for guests stoves and heaters, a fans and hot air.

The house has a tropical garden with palm trees, totally private, with beautifull views of Mount Teide and Orotava Valley, where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. There's a play area for children, a picnic area with barbecue and dining area, a sitting area with loungers and a beautiful HEATED swimming POOL in size 4 x 6 m (13x19 ft).You can enjoy the pool with nice bathrooms thanks to the water temperature of the pool. The pool is equipped with a child safety fence approved BABYSECUR, which can be removed. The POOL is HEATED all year. There is a parking area for three cars within the plot.

The place is very quiet, in one of the best areas of Puerto de la Cruz. However, the house is 5 minutes driving from the beach in Puerto de la Cruz, or 20 minutes walking. The neighborhood has a supermarket and restaurants.On the area you can find the famous Bar Casa Abaco, an elegant canarian Mansion, or you can visit Casa LaLa or Restaurante el Rubio for a nice meal just walking distance. You can also get to the busy area of La Paz, with many restaurants driving one minute or walking down 10 minutes, where you can also visit The Botanical Garden.Only 500 meters away, you can play golf in one of the exclusive golf courses of the island: the Rosaleda Golf. Tenerife North Airport is just 20 minutes drive and the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 35 minutes. The island is an ideal place for water sports, kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, stand up paddle surfing, diving, or just enjoy the wonderful beaches. You can also do boat trips where you can see whales and dolphins. Enjoy a wonderful scenery with driving routes and walking trails, using the perfect weather that the island. The location of the house is ideal for visiting the whole island by car, visit the Mount Teide and the spectacular volcanic area. Thanks to the highways that run throughout the island, it's easy and quick to move around it. In Puerto de la Cruz you can spend a great day visiting the Loro Parque, the Botanical Gardens, lakes Martiánez and Jardín beach, among many other activities.

The villa was very spacious and well equipped. Close to all local amenities. Very modern and the pool was amazing. We are planning to return to this villa in the future

We have stayed in the modern clean villa for a week and me had a fantastic time. First time staying in a Villa, some friends recommended it. Is a beautiful Villa, very well located, maintained to a very high standard with a fabulous heated pool. Living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen are spacious. Loved everything about the villa. Gloria the owner could't have been more helpful. Would definitely return in the future.

My daughter and I loved Villa Sara. It was fully equiped and very clean and comfortable. We were 15 mins away from a very large supermarket, that had taxis parked so we were able to get the shopping back to the villa no problem. Puerto de la Cruz is just lovely and if you love walking, it is a great place to be. If you have mobility problems though, the uphill might be a problem but there are plenty of taxis about. We loved our stay and certainly would go back to Villa Sara,

Villa has been appointed and maintained to the highest standard, very comfortable, modern and clean. Pool was excellent, a little cool for some but we did enjoy swimming on Christmas Day! Kitchen very good, high-quality appliances and fixtures. The town and seafront is a good long walk and steep in places, but taxis available in town for the return trip, and at reasonably prices. Your fitness will improve, I guarantee it, but would not recommend this property or resort to anyone with mobility issues or young children Would definitely return!

“Luxurious Property in Beautiful Location”

We stayed here as a family of 2 children ( a baby one years old ). The property is extremely well equipped, safe, very luxurious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, very very comfortable beds. We enjoy dinners on terrace. Swim in the heated pool was a pleasure. And the security fence pool has given us tranquility. You can walk down to Puerto through some lovely pathways and taxi's from the town are very very cheap. The location is perfect, and the local area is very beautiful and quiet. Overall we had a wonderful stay in this Villa and would like to return. And the owners, Gloria and Miguel Ángel are very friendly, offering guidance on places to visit, and your attention at any time.

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans cette jolie villa. Moderne avec tout confort (literie idéale, linge de toilette +++, wifi, grande tv). La décoration est réalisée avec goût. L.exterieur est très agréable et sans vis à vis. La piscine magnifique! Nous avons loué également une petite voiture pour le voyage, une place de voiture est prévu dans la résidence avec bip. Idéal pour se promener autour de l.ile. Nous remercions le couple qui nous a accueilli tard dans la nuit (retard d.avion), et nous leur souhaitons que leur location continue dans les meilleure conditions. Un beau voyage dans une belle demeure! Merci.

Stayed in this three bed modern apartment in May 2013. It is a away from the main town of Puerto de la cruz, but if you want a quiet rental with a short taxi journey to the main bars of the town, then this is ideal. Small restuarant called Casa Lala has excellent local produce, and friendly service, well worth a visit. Botanical Gardens is a 10 mins walk from the apartment. You can walk into the main town it is all down hill, stop off at La Paz for a break for drinks and meander down to harbour at you own pace. I would not recommend walking back as it cost only 3-4 Euros in a taxi back from the harbour. If you visist Puerto de la Cruz you must visit Loro Parque, get in early to see the shows, you won't be dissapointed
