Townhouse for rent in a complex with swimming pool in Puerto de la Cruz. It is located in “El Durazno” (near “El Botánico”), a quiet area with views of Mount Teide and the sea. There is supermarket nearby and easy access from highway.

Very quiet and careful. The house is furnished and has 3 floors. Basement with washer and garage. Ground floor has a living room, kitchen, washroom, backyard and front yard. First floor with 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms (1 with extra cot) and a bathroom. The room has 42 "TV and a 21 main room. The backyard has a barbecue.

Well connected by public transport, and there is a supermarket nearby. We recommend renting a car at the airport (is pretty cheap), but you can handle on foot and by bus. If you want information about the island, we can advise on excursions to do depending on your situation (with children, young, adult, etc.). We started singles and now let children!

Puerto de la Cruz

"Great Holiday Rental - 3 bed room house with front and back yards, a shared pool and a huge garage"

This house was a perfect place to stay for exploring Puerto de la Cruz or anywhere on the island as it is only 3mins by car to the motorway. The real highlights for us were all the toys, play tents, plastic cutlery/crockery and extra long travel cot which all kept our 2 year old daughter very happy! We did hear a bit of noise from the neighbours through the walls but it never caused us a problem - very quiet at night! You can fit four cars in the garage so there was plenty of room for drying washing and towels from the beach. We didn't use the pool so we can't say what it was like but it looked nice.

"Excellent value for money"

Before our trip all contact with the owner was helpful and prompt. On arrival we were met by Sabrina. We texted her from the airport and she arrived shortly after we did. (Don't think she expected me to drive as fast as I did up the TF1!) Having visited Puerto de la Cruz at this time of year for the past six years were familiar with the area and knew roughly where the house was. I 'drove' round the streets on Google Earth as well. Be aware that there are some one way streets. On our previous visits we stayed in an apartment in the La Paz area. Therefore the house with it's three floors, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and drier in the huge garage for not a lot more money for the month was wonderful. (How about a table tennis or snooker table in the garage. Lol.) With the Three bedrooms we were able to have family staying with us and it was useful to have two sets of keys. We didn't put the car in the garage as there is ample parking at the front. (Be aware that one of the dividers in the car parking area has no tree in it and it is easy to forget and run over it!) The house is in a quiet area although can get noise from neighbours and local pet dogs. It is further from shops and cafes/restaurants than we were used to but all the facilities more than compensated. A car is helpful. It is 15mins walk to the La Paz area (Try Molino coffee/bread shop, La Papas restaurant and a German one on corner of a little precinct) 30 minutes walk into town, longer back UP! Also reccommend Titos within walking distance. There are nearby supermarkets and also El Campo and Lidl if you have a car. Only problems we had were with overloaded electrics (soon sorted when we knew there was another trip switch in the garage) and a flood in the garage (soon sorted by Sabrina's husband) An excellent base. Thank you.

"Excellent position and comfortable house"

This is a very well positioned house which would sleep 5 adults very comfortably. There were only two of us so it seemed incredibly spacious and we had enough of everything we needed as far as the inventory went. There are superb views from the front of the house over to Teide (weather permitting). The house is convenient for the motorway to get around the island easily and we never had a problem parking the car in the street outside. In high season when the area is busier then the garage would be a very helpful amenity but we didn't need to use it. It is within walking distance of the town with four or five restaurants very close indeed. There are also two supermarkets very close both with easy parking if you want to cook. The housekeeper / agent Sabrina could not have been more welcoming and friendly and the house was spotlessly clean. Very thoughtful to have loo paper, soap, toiletries and rubbish bags provided. One small issue over which the owner has no control is that the soundproofing between the houses is not that good. We had very reasonable neighbours, and were not disturbed, but if you were unlucky it could be a bit challenging.

"Comfortable apartment in a quiet area"

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated numerous towels available. There was possible to seat in the front of the house or in the back terrace.The apartment is in the quiet area. From the balcony is a beatiful view on the volcano El Teide and on the see. From the apartment you can go to the shop by foot. To the center of the town it is about 20 minutes by foot.We enjoyed very much in the clean pool. Housekeeper is very kind and helpful.
